Definitely one of my favorite steakhouses I've been to. It's very similar to Ruth Chris, but reminds me a bit of Sparks steakhouse in New York. Excellent menu, perfectly cooked steaks (NY Strip and Ribeye), amazing spinach, and the best side dish I've ever had at a steakhouse (Hash browns with cheddar). When I say the hash browns were amazing, it's an understatement! The only criticism I would say is that the mac and cheese was bland.

I came to this restaurant several times in the past. The quality of food had been consistently excellent. They had one of the best steak in St Louis. The restaurant was decorated beautifully, and the staff were friendly. We ordered a New York strip and a dryed aged Delmonico along with some vegetable dishes. The steaks were delightful. They also provided valet parking in case if you can not find street parking.

I ate here with 4 of my friends, and we all agreed that everything we were served was amazing. We had everything from a $70 NY Strip Steak to a $500 Wagyu Tomahawk, and it was all amazing. Every steak had its own unique taste and was cooked to perfection, even the massive 4lb tomahawk.

My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. The food was very delicious, but my husband's filet mignon was overcooked. He wanted medium rare and got medium well. He unfortunately didn't send it back. It was also very burnt on the outside, which really messed up the flavor. The other food was great! Mac and cheese was good, i got the roasted chicken plate, which was huge for just me. We loved the presentation of the meats to show us the different cuts and grades.

The server was awesome!!! The only thing I did not like about the atmosphere was that the place was too dark inside.

Had fried lobster tail (2lbs) as the appetizers. It was really good with the dipping sauces.

I had the dry aged Ruth Family Sirlion, and Monica had a filet. Both were great. The mashed potatoes are pretty good.

Had the Espresso Creme Brule for desset....ooooooo That was really good!

Came in for a private wagyu tasting dinner and it was one of the best meals of my life. Chef Grant was so kind and came out personally to explain each dish and his passion for cooking and creating.
Started off with some oysters that were so delicious and a champagne toast.
Followed up with some Gunma A5 tenderloin tartare topped with a quail egg(first time for me this was insanely good)
Then had some wagyu stuffed tortellini and the sauce was so delicious I wanted to drink it.
Followed by some crab encrusted sea bass that was amazing.
The show stealer for me was the Japanese A5 sunflower tenderloin that was cooked just perfectly on a bed of chanterelle risotto. Everyone at the table agreed instantly it was the best piece of meat they ever had. The chef came out and said he was playing around with some preparations he was preparing for their fall fresh sheet. If you want a memorable dinner this is the place to go, they have items I’ve never even seen before and the waitstaff was so knowledgeable. We’ll be back to see the Chef again, and our servers Dave and Colleen were excellent as well!

Apps and steak were amazing. Soup was warm and creamy. Steak was perfectly cooked. Went during Clayton Restaurant Week, and while busy, wonderful time.
