We love to drive home and check out the gorgeous weddings. 100s of brides and grooms have stepped onto our community to state their vows. They all leave their positive energy and vibes in our heavenly community.

Typical day we may see Eagles flying overhead, 1,000's of wild turkeys in the mountains and several to 3 dozen can be seen walking the neighborhoods. Coyotes run wild in the hillsides and around the neighborhood. Protected Salamanders are protected in Creekside area near Gilroy Gardens.

Many people walk in the community which is a 3.5 mile walk.

Hop, skip and jump from the famous Gilroy Outlets, many restaurant options, Gilroy Garlic Festival, off 152 Highway to Gilroy Farms, Watsonville, and Castroville Artichoke Capital. Easy drive to beach cities, Monterrey and Carmel, many others too.

The board of directors is lacking creativity, love and understanding our CCCRs that govern our way of life and community. We need to improve board to better understand our community otherwise, they will ruin the beautification.

Best gated HOA in Northern California. Home values increasing, crime rate is 1/20th of city outside the gates, respectful caring owners, kid safe, loads of amenities. Beautiful, peaceful location, commute to Silicon Valley.
