Purchasing my 2025 Ford Explorer with Town & Country Ford Pell City was one of the easiest and best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a car. Austin and Logan were awesome! I did not feel taken advantage of, and I was given lots of options for payment plans to choose from to best fit my needs and goals. They gave me a very fair trade in value on my Bronco Sport. They were very personable and professional. I would drive out of my way to go back here to make future purchases. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I bought a Ford Lightning through the sales rep, Joe Benson, and had a poor experience. Joe consistently lied to me or just made up information. I asked for an out the door price and he quoted me without including registration costs ($500). He then told me the title and registration would be in the vehicle when it was set to be delivered (it wasnt). He then told me the ford pass points would credit to my account... I later found out that nothing was initiated and had to speak to someone else to update my account and transfer the points.

He also messaged me 7 hrs after sending a wire payment over and told me they hadn't received it. After I spent 45 min confirming with my bank, I then called the dealership only to find out Joe was just guessing about the deposit because he hadn't talked to the person who has access to their wire account.

After all of the false information, I requested only to speak to his manager for the rest of the sale. Gary then called and decided to defend Joe's actions as 'not intentional' and chose to try to explain why all the mistakes happened instead of apologizing for their errors. Gary and I agreed that Joe probably wasn't trying to lie to me, he was just incompetent.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. My 2021 Ranger transmission went out, had it towed to their service department. Devastated, I needed to know what they would offer for the truck as I still owed quite a bit on. Not only did the salesman take forever, the sales manager never came to meet me. They took forever just to rip me off offering $10k for my broke down ranger. Book value in good condition is around $23-24k. I was thinking they’d come in around $14-15k, no $10k after taking over an hour. I called Hull Dobbs Ford in Birmingham and not only did they offer me $16k for my trade as is they showed compassion for my situation and discounted their vehicle close to $8k after rebates and discount. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Call Hull Dobbs!!!

I originally went into T&C to look at the Roush F-150’s. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted and my salesman Jared Brickhouse asked me if I would like to build out a Lariat and add whatever customizations I would like. I knew the TCCustoms group and their reputation for top of the line customizations. After some thought overnight and watching Zach Myers from Shinedown get a Bronco customization on their YouTube channel I was convinced this was the best route for me. So I pulled the trigger and I’m not the proud owner of a custom 2023 F-150 Lariat. I’m an extremely tough customer to deal with. I will admit that upfront, but Jared (earned every penny of his commission) and the staff at T&C did a fantastic job of handling all my requests and putting me into my dream truck. Jared was extremely patient with me and helped me every step of the way, even on his off day. Special thanks to Nathan Harmon with TC Customs for helping me customize the truck to just what I wanted. These guys have certainly earned my repeat business. Go check them out. It will be worth your time.

PSA!!! If you are in the market for a new or used car, you have to check out Town & Country Ford in Pell City! This was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I’ve experienced to date.

Jared Brickhouse was my salesman and you guys; he was a warm and showed exceptional customer service from the first moment I spoke with him on.

I walked into the dealership with a bit of anxiety because we all know going in to make a big purchase can be a bit intimidating; however, with the help of Jared, his manager, and Cody, I remained calm, hopeful, and by the end of it, absolutely overjoyed. *eeeek*

I walked out with a 2024 Bronco Sport and I couldn’t be more ecstatic.

I made an appointment through the website for oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and wiper replacement for my 2013 F-150. Work was complete and I was headed home within an hour of my appointment time. The operation seemed efficient and the staff was courteous as well. Overall, a good experience.
