One of Pell City great sub-divisions. Beautiful Homes, family oriented, friendly neighbors, nice landscapes ,very well-kept. Even through a winter storm.

I am very disappointed intrusive company’s ability to follow up on promised repairs on the home. We moved into the home in March and they came out a couple of times to start some the repairs. We were told they would be back and they didn’t show up. I got in touch with them by phone, and text, and email numerous times over the past few months but didn’t hear back. Now it is late August and most of the repairs are still not done. I will update this text to let you know if they get the repairs done correctly and soon. Also we were under the impression that the HOA fee included use of the pool. It doesn’t. Not really sure why we are paying it. A neighbor said it was for the street lights and sidewalks. Can’t find info on this.

HOA made my daughter put their new boat in the garage out of the driveway. They seem kinda petty. They have yet to solved the problems from blocked roads from gatherings. Too many rentals and foreclosures in this neighborhood. I don't live thete, but do frequent it

My aunt was here it's a very very beautiful neighborhood they have great neighborhood watch the pool is beautiful awesome clean feels fantastic wasn't too cold or warm the restrooms are very clean.
