Love visiting this Dunn-Edwards location. The team is super knowledgable and helpful with all my painting questions and needs. Very thankful for this location and their staff during the pandemic - they stayed open and I was not only able to run my business, but grow it with their help. Shout out to my girl Cynthia for always being so patient with me and bringing laughter and joy to the paint buying experience.

There were three employees working when I walked into their store this morning. One woman with large purple hair, on the computer, and two other men working in the back. I was the only person in the store when I walked in. The worker never looked up from their computer or acknowledged me. I already felt that this was rude, as I've never been in the store and needed help.

I walked over to her at the counter and she still never looked up or acknowledged me until I was standing right in front of her and said hi. I don't think I should be the one starting the conversation when I'm the customer and she's the worker. Once I said hi, she looked up at me, annoyed, and I said what I was there to pick some paint up. She then snapped, "for who". Again, never smiling and looking irritated the whole time. I told her and she went off to get my order.

Service from that point forward was ok, but i did not like not being greeted or acknowledged, or how rude and annoyed the worker appeared. I will not be going back to this location if I have the choice.

Great store and great staff, always helpful. The paint is light years better than what you get anywhere else, it's worth the extra money.

I used to love going to this store over 10 years now all of a sudden as a homeowner picking up paint for your contractor has become a nightmare. Dealing with Cynthia and Jim is just a terrible experience. Apparently, it's fun for them to torture their customers. Now you have to wait until they reach your contractor before you can pick up paint you are going to pay for, not a charge to an account mind you. I can barely reach my contractor. I am told this is a new policy must have started in the last day since I picked up paint 3 days ago with no issue. I like to shop local and support smaller stores but in this case, I would ask your contractor to find a new paint store to deal with. Who really wants to wait hours with crews sitting around to get paint. I guess profit is more important than servicing the clients. It's my last time, I am sure there are other local paint stores that want customers. It got so heated and escalated to the point with Jim he threatened to call the police. Can anyone imagine over some paint and a $30 dollar discount? The really funny part is when I went to post my review on yelp, the store has a 30% off coupon (which of course they did not offer) and its cheaper than my contractors discount, too funny. What a great way to start your day at 7AM. The good news is with all the reviewers complaining how long it takes to get paint, with the new policy and terrible customer service, I am sure they will lose enough customers to make the wait times shorter, who know this might be a new model for reducing business and increasing customer service.

They spent a great deal of time going over our needs and were honest enough to let us know we should postpone our paint project when they could have just as easily made a sale and not given it another thought. We’ll definitively be back

These are the highest quality paints and good prices. Delivery is free and the drivers are friendly and professional. Honestly I won't order paint anywhere else now!

Nice shop.. very helpful. I check out this store after an unsatisfying experience at Palm Springs Hardware in their paint department. I'm glad that I stopped by. I will be using paint from this store.
