The bar offers a nice atmosphere and the service is amazing. Had to take a star (and a half) because the drinks are good, but pricing is a bit high. It is a hotel bar in the downtown area, so I suppose it is to be expected.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, I was very impressed because the restaurant was clean and it has a nice ambiance. The service was very slow. Our server Adisha had little interaction with us, she didn't ask us if we liked the food, and it took her forever to get our payment once she delivered the check. I think she has the potential to be good but customer service training is needed. My burger was cold and it wasn't fully cooked She didn't make a fuss about it, she took it off without a problem. Instead of paying $18 here for a cheeseburger and fries we should've just gone to Five Guys. Going out to eat is just not the same anymore.

The exchange is very proud of their drink watering down policy. I'd say if ever there was an establishment that you should BYOB and NOT drink at, it's the Unfair-Exchange.

Had a great time dining at the Exchange. Hasan and Makayla took great care of my group and myself, traveling from VA. Their customer service was perfect. The food and the drinks were great. If we ever come back to the Montgomery area we would definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Just want to say thanks to Tarella for whipping up a couple of mean lemon drops and a cranberry vodka for me right before closing. She is the best I felt them before I even made it back to my room.

Im coming back to Montgomery in October, for the 6th time over 11 years, and will stay in the Renaissance. My trip would not be complete without a drink in the Exchange Bar. I'm sorry to read about the poor experiences people have had - perhaps I've just been lucky every night I go for the 5 trips I've been, or perhaps I'm not nitpicking and have a friendly and easy going manner.
