Most of the Bel Air Supermarkets are my favorite grocery shopping places. This one in the middle of the Packet area is no exception. The store is nice and clean. All the departments are well-stocked and organized. I don’t have problems getting the groceries or other items I’m looking for. The employees have been very helpful and ready to help if I have any questions. I love to shop at this Bel Air as well as many of its sister stores.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years now, because it's a great store. The workers have always been courteous and helpful but tonight, an employee named Ray went above and beyond. He noticed I needed some help in the parking lot and was quick to offer his assistance. I'm extremely grateful for his care and concern. Thank You so much!

Always a great experience with outstanding customer service! Shopping here since 2013 I've gotten to know many of the friendly faces that work there. Just wanted to take the time out to express how grateful I am that our community has people who work there like you folks! I've personally seen firsthand how rude and inconsiderate not to mention disrespectful some of the people that shop there can be. Today I witnessed a customer being incredibly rude to one of their employees who did nothing but respond with politeness. Not only do I respect this employees kindness but I admire the Level of restraint it took not to stoop to that customers level. I applaud you.

Coffee/ bakery older white looking lady was rude I tried getting her attention just to ask a question but she kept taking to other customer both pretended I was there waved to get her attention. But Asian nice employees by hot food answered my question.

The staff are friendly, the store is clean and stocked with most everything. Occasionally I will see produce going bad but that’s the exception, not the rule. They have good deals fridays and mondays on certain foods and if you have an account you will get coupons for things you buy regularly. Peet’s coffee inside which is always tasty. I love their sourdough bread baguettes and this is usually the place I will go when I suddenly have a craving for something yummy that I don’t have at home. Their organic produce section could be larger with more selection but they have a decent assortment overall if you’re just looking for the basics. I like the self check out which is easy to navigate and if there are problems there is always someone easily accessible to help. I also enjoy the post office and redbox kiosk inside which makes multiple errands turn into one.

I have been going to Bel Air on Rush River for most of my life. As I've gotten older the buttercream has gotten to become too sweet so I have been requesting their light 'n fluffy whipped cream. The last year (give or take), I have been having so many issues when requesting their whipped cream topping with any darker color than the "washed out" lavenders or pale pinks or light blues. I understand that the bakery wants the cake to be esthetically pleasing so the bakery's reputation isn't tarnished in any way .. but I've had whipped cream cakes from them with darkened colors ssoooo many times previously and have always loved the outcome.I also understand that there is the possibility of the color bleeding and whatnot, that doesnt matter to me .. I want a cake to eat on my birthday that wont make me sick. And I want to enjoy how it looks. I could be wrong on the name but I believe "Angie" is their bakery supervisor or manager and she basically straight out refused to put any darker color on my birthday cake. I even told her that I've had darker color on whipped cream cakes before and thats how i like it. Even with the push back, ive gotten the darker colors on the cakes. I've had this same conversation with "Angie" before. "Angie" has always been really helpful to me in the past, actually solving any issue I've had. I'm really upset and find it very frustratingly ironic that she's preaching to me "no dark colors on whipped topping cakes" but when I received my cake there is writing on the cake in DARK BLUE writing. I really have been trying to let this go since my mom and I walked into the store 2 days ago. I need this to be made right.
