Patterson Place Apartments gave my girlfriend and I the absolute best experience. Bobbie and Rigo (who are apart of the management team) were not only professional but deeply kind and truly cared about us during our time. The whole apartment complex has also been completely renovated, and it looks incredible. Amenities like ping pong and billiards are such a treat and the pool is always a great choice. We also appreciated the large amounts of grass for our dog Maggie. There was always great communication from staff and any maintenance issue I had was fixed promptly. And one of the best things about Patterson is how clean it is! Both around the community and when I first stepped into my apartment, I was impressed by the cleanliness all around. Patterson is the best experience we’ve had at an apartment and we are so thankful for everything they’ve done for us.

Living at Patterson Place apartment is awesome. Plenty of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, BBQ grills, kids playground… Property managers Bobby and Rigo are amazing and are always quick to help out with any issues.

I've lived here for two years and Patterson Place is a safe, conveniently located, and well taken care of property. Bobbie and Rigo on the management team kindly and promptly address every concern with immediate solutions and follow-up. The pool, laundry room, grounds, and gym were always clean and in great condition, and any maintenance issues in the apartment were minimal and always solved same day by Carlos.

There are frequently generous events and offering by the staff that were fun extras. It can't be easy managing during renovations, but as a resident I never had an issue, as the staff here made it worth it with their great communication and care.

Beautiful property, conveniently located near shopping center. Bobbie, the property manager was so welcoming and answered all my questions. My husband and I were helping my in-laws find a new home in the area and hopefully next year they’ll be able to move into Patterson Place apartments. Thank you Bobbie. Bobby and Rigo were excellent during the whole application and move in process! Very responsive and made me feel good about living there. Any work order we put in has been taken care of within 48 hours! So nice to have a property management company that actually cares about its residents!

I expect excellent service from Towbes, and this experience was nothing less than excellent. Due to the pandemic I had held off on reporting minor issues, but when the toilet seat broke off, I could not wait any longer. I reported five separate issues, and requested service come on a day that would not interrupt my child's Zoom-from-home schooling. Service did show up on the day I requested, and all five issues were addressed quickly. Carlos was perfectly polite and perfectly professional. The work is excellent. I love living here!

I really appreciate the quick response to my request! The furnace pilot had blown out while I was vacuuming & the heater/fan dial for the bathroom had broken.
Carlos came within 2 hours & quickly fixed both concerns. He was polite & professional. I'm impressed with how quickly Ivan responded to my voicemail regarding these concerns. Thank you so much!
