Cool-happening place that just moved into The River in Feb ‘25. I never been to the old location but this is one has a very modern atmosphere. The staff is very good and friendly…we got to know the owner, manager and the two bartenders, Ryan and Michelle. They are very knowledgeable so talk about drinks with them if you are in the bar area. Plan to come back for dinner so stay tuned but the drinks were awesome and ask for recommendations if you don’t see any you like on the menu. Great place to come have drinks for sure!

Just home after enjoying one of the best burgers ever. it was a Bronco burger which aside from the burger comes with brisket, BBQ sauce, bacon, slaw and a crispy onion ring. i substituted french fries with mashed potatoes. My dining companion had French fries. which I tried, and they were also good.
The restaurant has a cool, modern vibe to it along with friendly and professional service.

We'll definitely be back!!

Wow! First, the restaurant has been designed beautifully and is an incredibly nice space, large but not overwhelmingly so. The service was perfect and very professional. The margarita I had was delicious as were the main courses--brisket and hamburgers with fries that hit the spot. Unfortunately, we were so full that we didn't get a chance to try dessert, but the dessert menu looked terrific. What a welcome addition to the shops and restaurants at The River!

We arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation and it was a bit busy, so we waited as our table wasn't ready yet. Not a big deal and about 15 minutes in, they said they were setting up our table (for 6), so we thought we were on our way.

30 minutes later, still hadn't been brought to our table and were told the people hadn't wrapped up yet (but I thought they were setting up our table?). They eventually brought out a free glass of champagne to tide us over, but unfortunately it was so bad (cheap?), it tasted like Martinelli's sparkling apple cider. I couldn't even finish it.

Finally we were seated sometime after this and tbh, all the owner had to do was come over and offer us a round of free margaritas and all would have been forgotten...but instead he offered a free round of drinks to the group of 40 year old ladies seated two minutes after us...who hadn't been there anywhere near the amount of time we had been waiting.

The restaurant business is tough, but walking over and offering those people drinks, but not us, was unfortunately the final straw. It was sort of like saying;"I'd like to see these people back, but you folks, with the grandparents in tow, you don't look as cool, so GTFOH once yer done."

This is a bummer, because my smash burger was good, but the 8 fries they gave each of us won't cut it as they move into the future. They'll need to at least double the french fry count they are serving. The server also tried his best to bring the energy and we tipped him well because it's not his fault the front was mismanaged, but I'm not sure we'll revisit or recommend CC to anyone. Sorry partner.

Trying to figure out why happy hour doesn’t include cocktails A cocktail is $16 during happy hour? Only wine & beer on happy hour. I ordered wings supposedly with house seasoning but the house seasoning was just salt and pepper lol interesting

Cowboy Cantina is great, the food is delicious and the service is solid. I came here last year with my wife and we decided to come back this year. I thoroughly enjoyed their Bronco Burger, which was huge and consisted of a homemade crunchy onion ring on top of Tri-tip and then that on top of a burger patty all smothering barbecue candied bacon. It is perfection for burger lovers and very filling. I got curly fries with that and another side of the delicious barbecue sauce and was in burger heaven. 🍔 It's totally awesome and highly recommended. The service and ambiance are great as well.
