This place quoted me $1,800 for my 100k service.
I called Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa and they have 3 tiers of service and the most expensive is is $1000 less then what these crooks quoted me. Do yourself a favor and call around to some real professionals before you have these thieves do any work for you
I included an image of the 3 tiers from freeman Toyota. No where near $1,800 I was flabbergasted at the quote they gave me. Seriously crooks...
It is definitely worth the drive to save the money

The worst experience Ever. They sold us a real lemon. And we had to spend another over 4 thousand to get it supposently fixed.
Do not ever buy any used cars from them.
We spent 24,000 then another over 4 thousand and it took 4 trips with weeks before it hopefully got fixed. Real rip of place!! Stay away from them.

Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership,. I ordered a brand new vehicle and when I received it there was a tear on the bumper and they refused to pay for it even though I have a photograph of it with the tear while it was still on their lot. They don't care about the customer, they only care about money
On September 17th 2024 I followed up to their response to call them and the number is disconnected. If they really wanted to correct the issue they would give a working phone number. Their answer below is just an automated response to make people think that they care. But they really don't.

The salesman did great. He gave us time to look around without being bothered. Then when he came out. He was not pushy or overbearing. He answered all the questions that we had. Explain everything about the vehicle with great detail. Very professional young man. The financing department was great as well. He explained everything with great detail as well. He did everything he could do to get us the best deal. I am very happy with our purchase. Great team. Thank you.

They sold my husband a vehicle that has broken down so many times. It's currently sitting there on the premises in pieces. They are unable to tell us what's wrong with it, they do not offer a loaner car and they have had it NINE plus months.
Honestly go anywhere else. Do not go here.
