I purchased a used SUV a couple of months ago. They were reasonably priced, friendly & helpful during the process of purchasing it. Whenever I've had a question or issue they are patient as well as helpful. When taking an out of state trip, they told me to bring my vehicle in to do an inspection before the trip, in their auto service dept. They took the time, looked my vehicle over and took care of any issues, which was only a fuse needing to be replaced- at no charge to me. I definitely will continue to keep them in mind when asked by friends or family for recommendations in buying a used car.

My experience with West Lake Auto Repair and especially with Tom Andrews, the manager, has always been excellent. Tom is very courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I did not know what to expect when I had my car towed to West Lake Auto Center, but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a matter of hours. A local rodent had made a meal out of some of the wiring below the hood and though the repairs were quite simple, I appreciate the prompt service. The car was ready for pick up by the end of that same day.
