Sweet little theater with all the amenities you want for a great movie experience in a small place like Mt. Shasta. It's outdated and could gmuse a face-lift but it has a great selection of movies and snacks (candy, popcorn, icees, nachos, etc.). We come see a movie every year during our annual snow vacation...we walk over from the Best Western.

The staff are great, helpful and friendly. The theater and restrooms are really clean. Great family environment. Reason for the 3 Star rating. - The chairs are terrible. They're really old and outdated. A lot of the chairs are busted and don't have cup holders anymore. This leaving you no option but to either hold your drink the whole time or set it on the floor in front of you and hope you don't spill it everywhere. It would be nice to see the place get nice newer reclining chairs like all other theaters. I realize the the recliners would lower how many people fit in each theater but they are rarely sold out. So I think comfort over quantity is more important here. If they had the better chairs I'd definitely give them 5/5 .

Very clean in the theater and bathrooms. The staff are always positive and engaging. We love how they add butter in the middle of the popcorn bag and then some on top....so skimping. Great selection of movies for all ages, considering how small our town is.

its the only theater in mt shasta so its the only one i can go to, and the snacks are too expensive. other than that, the service and size of the theaters are pretty good👍

The chairs are old with not much foot space. Extremely uncomfortable. They will literally hassle you for bringing a starbucks, EVEN if you are buying concessions and are a repeat customer. (They don't sell coffee, but won't allow you to bring it in).

They literally refunded my money and refused me as a customer rather than allow me to buy a ticket, a soda, a popcorn, and be able to enjoy my coffee with my movie that they DO NOT SELL. The manager was totally inflexible and passive agressive; it was the best day of his life to deny service to a theater goer over an outdated, petty rule.

In a world where movie theaters are dying, why is this bizarre rule still enforced? This theater is old, small, uncomfortable. It runs aweful, boring arthouse theaters from the local area AFTER all the other movie trailers and they are LONG.

We are so lucky to have this theater in our small town. Great service and pleasant people.
We have been here 40 years and there is not much to do here in winter times. Very good for the young people too keep them entertained. Prices are right on, been to many other theaters which are much higher. If you can do not bring snacks buy them at the theater that is how they make much of their money. If we don't use or shop at the places in our small town they go away!
