Rude service.

Their used oil tank for drop off was full but they had no sign stating so. I took the cans to the back and an Employee came around the corner and said “our tank is full but that’s fine just leave it there, and maybe ask next time before you leave your oil for us to clean up.”

I told him there was no sign out front so I didn’t know and he just said “well it’s too late now. ask next time”

Thank you Jerry, for your help with my car's ac. I have been to this Auto Zone twice before, and always had good customer service, but today- Jerry helped with my ac problem, from greeting me as I walked through the door, to product selection with explanation, and finally showing me how to recharge my ac in the future. Always extremely helpful! Nick helped me today with 2 new deep cycle rv batteries and had all the right answers to my questions. He was buzzing around like a bee helping customers and staff. Always great to see good customer service. It seems like a lost art these days. He's a keeper!

Nichole’s went out of his way to help me find the color of my car in order to fix my mother’s bumper. I have been to 7 shops ireillys pep boys advanced about parts the list goes on. I was just walking thrue store when he asked if I found what I was looking for. Nicholas then took me out front to show me were on the car to find the info I needed. We wrote down some numbers and after a few moments he found it white orchid pearl. He also gave me advise on how to acquire my needed paint. Thank you auto zone, you are now my go to guy from now on

Broke pelvis and sacrum anf injured hip on concrete barrier in store entranceway. Hospitalized 47 days..cannot walk yet..still in wheelchair..live alone .83 years old. Happened July 5..2024. I cannot take care of myself. Store has not even called me after ambulance picked me up off concrete driveway 5 feet after where I tripped into air!!! I am afraid of being alone if I fall accidentally or an emergency like fire or other and I am unable to get out. I need help from
AutoZone. They should consider removing low concrete barriers color of concrete so people do not fall over them. Was Told In hospital by Orthopedic Surgeon others have been injured!!

I went in to see if they could help me with getting my elderly mom’s car blinker fixed, I thought I would have to buy the part and fix it myself. (60 yo Female). Not what happened at all, Shane got his tools out and replaced the bulb within a few minutes. Not only that, he gave me the number that my mom can use to get help needed when she is alone. I am so grateful for the service we received and highly recommend Shane and his crew.
