Well, really disappointing experience with the Skylight theater today. I went to see Wicked. It wasn't the first time I had seen it, but the first time at this theater. Something was wrong with the audio. I could barely hear some of the actors, and it was incredibly quiet.

I left and asked the Box Office for a refund, but they had me email the customer service email address. They confirmed that the settings in the theater were "correct", and refused to give me a refund. At least I didn't make myself sit through that poor experience. Such a shame since the theater is in walking distance of my place. Wish I could be a patron here, but they do not take care of their customers.

Extremely disappointed. We went to have dinner and a movie. Get there and none of the scanners are working. Confirm we can order food in the theater and they stated not today have to order at the bar. We got the menu and all they had was wings,pizza and pasta. Even though their online menu has way more food. I was in the mood for tacos but nope. So we order wings and pizza. Pay for food and 2 seconds later they say no wings. Ask what we would like in replace? There is nothing else to replace it with. Get our drinks go to the theater to wait for our pizzas we could have for them we checked in. They finally come and they are cold. Like they had been sitting out on the counter for 20 min. I spoke to a manager just to be told it was a restock day it’s just pizza. I wish I would have known that because I wouldn’t have wasted my money or time! If I didn’t want to watch the movie so bad we would have left. They use to be so good and I was excited to go. Now I might think multiple times before going here again. 🙁 especially for a smaller town if this keeps up they won’t have the business to maintain.

Such a great theater. It's smaller there's 47 seats in each theater. Has boutique theater experience. They even have waiters that bring you food and drinks.

Great experience. Small and intimate theatres. Comfortable seating. Food order delivered to your seat. I'd choose this over a large location every time!

Dinner and a movie all in one spot! There are little tables at your seat, and you can scan a QR code to order from the theater. They'll deliver right to you. (**Some may dislike this feature, because the staff have to come deliver right to the person's seat even during the movie.) Overall not a big deal, but something movie lovers might want to know. You can also opt to eat out in the lobby. There's a full bar with a few tables and chairs. You can take anything you order from out there, into the theater with you. Seats in the theater i was in did not recline, but it was a plush leather rocker seat and very comfy. Smaller theater means all the seats offer a good view!

Cool little theatre. Very very clean, amazingly clean. Seats were comfortable, little tray on the seat was great & swivels out of your way if you need to get up. Popcorn top notch.
