Went for my friends wedding reception. Haven’t been back to Fort Smith in years. Really love what they’ve done with the place since it was the Rib Room. So glad to see the Fort with more solid music venues these days. I plan on returning in the near future to catch a show.

This place was amazing! This was my first concert here and I hope it's not the last.

1. The concert was great. Tanner Ursey put on a show! It was the week his new album was released.

2. The staff was so friendly. I purchased a concert t-shirt and it was no problem taking to the hotel (Courtyard by Marriott). The lady behind the bar was also super friendly.

3. At first, the place seemed small, but the upstairs held a ton of people. I think it said the capacity was 808.

4. I'm sure this varies from concert to concert, but the people attending also added to the atmosphere. Singing along, just having a good time.

If there's a concert that you want to go to and it's hosted there, get the tickets!!

Wife and I just moved nearby in Cookson, Oklahoma. Had a childhood neighbor coming to play at the Majestic. Tickets were priced well (<$20) and I was able to get a table for four on the first floor for $30. Couple of buckets of Shiner Bock beer were reasonably priced, couple of Jack-and-Coke's weren't too bad on the wallet either. Service from the bar was great. Sound and lights were good. My childhood friend that was playing was the 2nd act, and while the place had a great sound, it wasn't so loud that we couldn't catch-up. My wife and I were able to dance a couple of Two-Steps in the back of the first floor and no one gave us a hard time, but the night we were there, the venue wasn't super-crowded either. We will definitely be back. For those that have never been to the location, there is a 2nd floor area with tables and bar service up top as well. Depending on who we were planning on seeing, we may consider going up there. BTW - there is a Courtyard by Marriott just a couple of blocks away, makes it an easy walk to go stay there overnight after having a few drinks rather than driving.

This place was fantastic! We went to a fundraiser here to watch a Tina Turner Tribute band. The band was phenomenal, and the venue was really nice!! Plenty of space, friendly staff, delicious drinks, and a clean bathroom!! The sound/acoustics were perfect. They had a balcony smoking area if that's your thing and some upstairs seating with a great view of the stage. We'll be keeping an eye out for what they have coming up. It's a bit of a drive for us, but definitely worth coming back!

The sound was fine, and I liked the setup and vibe... for a while. Then some women that they over-served decided to vomit over the balcony onto the crowd repeatedly. No security upstairs apparently as we left (covered in vomit) before she did. One of the bartenders was very rude about the whole thing (in all fairness, one was very sweet), while we were closing our tab. No one really apologized. No one tried to do anything. I'm not even sure that lady was kicked out. We paid over $90 for our two tickets, had a large bar tab, not to mention what our friends spent who left with us, to have to leave to go shower about the halfway point of the show. Things happen. I get that. I've been to hundreds of shows and seen some crazy stuff, but this was not handled well by the venue.

Renovations still underway. More progress to come. (Including HEAT & AIR -WOOHOO!!)
Currently has what was described as a limited food menu. New venue has less seating on the main floor and the former dance floor is standing/dancing room for crowd. Priority seating (additional fee to reserve table for four) upstairs does not necessarily provide visibility.
Stage has been redone, this will be a plus for performances and bands. Hopefully we will still see some local bands in the mix.
