The picture quality is horrible. The lamps on the projectors need changing or a new projector entirely. Very dark! Also the audio was awful and very quiet. Was distracted the whole film by my bad experience. Will be going elsewhere to see Wicked a second time so I can see the film how the director intended.

We went to see Twisters and were disappointed by the theater experience. The theater needs better upkeep. Our popcorn did not taste great and was expensive. There was also a 3% service charge added to our popcorn because we paid for it with a credit card. The worst part was that my seat did not recline, and when a person seated to my left noticed that I wasn't able to get my seat to recline, she leaned over to say that her seat was broken as well. Then, a person seated a few seats to my right chimed in to say the same about her seat. So, I know of at least 3 seats in Auditorium 4 that do not work/recline. This is disappointing given the cost of a ticket.

While we were in the theater the whole 2 hours it was steaming hot in there. I spoke with the so called manager on duty and her response was "You could have came and asked us to turn up. I turned the air on this morning and it should have been cool in there." Me along with other witnesses know that it was so hot in there. They will not have to ever worry about me coming back again. There are so many other theaters that are in better quality that I can patronize

Their menu is incorrect and when you order something that they don’t have, they won’t tell you until after they’ve charged you for it and then the manager becomes really defensive and doesn’t like to practice service recovery despite their false advertising. This used to be a good theater, but it’s gone downhill, and the management is super unprofessional and staff are poorly trained without taking responsibility for mistakes. This is the worst the theater in Central Arkansas. As reviews below echo, they do go through your purse, even after you buy concessions, and seem to not care that their customer service is so so so bad! I ended up, not even being able to watch my movie because the manager would rather ask you to leave if you make any complaints about THEIR mistakes. I was rudely and promptly told by the cashier with absolutely no social skills that they couldn’t do anything about my Fandango ticket, but Fandango has informed me that this theater should have communicated with them that I was not able to see the movie so I will be filing an attorney general complaint because they have been paid for a movie that they did not deserve to be paid for because I did not get to watch it thanks to the horrible staff experience.!

This is my absolute favorite theater! I always have a good time. Tip: I've learned that if you want any of the food items besides the basics, it's best to get there a tad bit earlier. That way you don't have leave the movie when your food is ready.

It's got a large menu of things I wouldn't think to order at a movie theater. Mostly nice seats (some of them were cracked and torn). Very nice people

Seen a movie, a matinee, with the misses. The place was clean popcorn was good. Service excellent. The recliner seats are so comfortable. I was impressed.
