Hopefully the place improves after the renovation. The lobby is rather plain as there were no games, vending machines or even many upcoming movie posters in it. The seats, which should be improved after renovations, were very uncomfortable and leaned and rocked way too much. The audio and video was good and the concessions were good but hopefully improvements come in the near future.

Edit: The renovation was a success and now the inside of much more inviting. They have a side section where you can eat a meal and have a drink before your movie. You can also take your meal and drink to your seat during the movie although there is really no place to sit them as it's all recliner seating. The recliner seating is nice and comfortable and seems to lessen the capacity, which is nice. There is a one drink maximum pet person, if you want a beer, wine, or mixed drink. Overall, much improved.

Been coming here for years and some new guy named Lucas that couldn’t do his job walked off from me saying I was being hostile. He went over to a group of people and they all turned to me and I asked Jacob the so called manager is he going to let him talk about me like that. He went on to say that he’s just telling the GM about the issue which was a lie. They checking to see if the policy changed since I’ve been going here and the customers behind me asked what was going on. I said they can’t do their job correctly, bad customer service because how he walk away from me talking and asking questions as if I’m yelling and cussing. Just stupid. Jacob then proceeds to tell me that if I keep talking about his employees I’ll have to leave. I said when did I talk about them, you called him stupid. I said just stupid! The situation is stupid, what happened is stupid, but you couldn’t correct your employee from walking away with an attitude with me! I guess because I’m black I have to be hostile. We can agree to disagree but that doesn’t mean I’m yelling or cussing. He said what he did and so did I. I really don’t appreciate the way I was just treated. Out of all the times I’ve been to this location and the new location never had I had a problem with this nor act as if I was a threat to someone. He asked me to leave and I told him to call the police because I’m sure if they ran the cameras back they will see what was say and how. PLEASE GET EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW HOW TO DO SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HANDLE SIMPLE QUESTIONS OR STATEMENT!! IF YOU TOO SENSITIVE TO HANDLE THAT GET ANOTHER JOB THATS NOT DEALING WITH PEOPLE!!! 0/0

This movie theater is nice and always great. I always have a good experience. Today was a little different. The manager wearing a red shirt, JEFF , was super rude and entirely aggressive while I was picking my seats. What's odd is that he was super kind and patient with the customers he helped before me. Yes, they were white. As soon as he got to me, he was super rude, aggressive, and very condescending. Clearly to me he's a racist and should not be working in a place that involves dealing with people of all races. It just baffles me that we are still today dealing with this. Do better, JEFF. I won't stop coming because I truly love movies, but JEFF definitely needs a long vacation. 😡
