We met a famous jockey, Terry J. Thompson when we visited the town of hot springs, Arkansas. They were a very friendly and most generous couple. They were willing to let us meet their two bulldogs and they were able to give us a tour of the Malco Theatre and Bar. It’s a very amazing place and well worth checking out!!!

My family and I were walking around downtown Hot Springs and my boys (ages 7 & 9) spotted the magic show with Maxwell Blade. We all really enjoyed the show. My kids got picked to go on stage and had so much fun! Maxwell was very nice. He took pics and signed a photo for the kids!

Whether you’re there for the 40 seat close-up stage/theater/show featuring guest artists and traveling talent… or the beautifully renovated main theatre for Maxwell Blade’s 10,000th magic show - all the seats and acoustics are great.

Give yourself time for some refreshments in a small tavern area… or get the kids prepped with sugar and treats in the concession line. Two different spaces.

Restrooms? Clean. Private.

Intermittent quirky items to check out and plaques telling stories of the past.

One evening we lucked into seeing back-to -back performances @ The Malco. Rokas @ 6 & then Maxwell @ 8.

The theater has been restored and is lovely. They have normal theater goodies as well as a bar. We saw Maxwell Blade perform and it was a delightful mix of music, magic, comedy and illusion. We have a large truck so parking was a bit problematic but there is plenty of metered street parking. All in all a great night out for young and old.

Beautiful classy place. Saw Maxwell Blade perform, and was really entertaining - magic and comedy - that was kid friendly. Highlight was when he brought kids up on stage. Also really cool he met members of audience after show with his family. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or polite.

Just finished Meeting the cast and crew Maxwell Blade and watching the performance. It was a great show for family and I definitely recommend going again

We came to the Maxwell Blade show and the staff was so gentle. There was this women she was volunteering for the night and she did a great job I believe her husband works in the place they both were welcoming I appreciate how gentle they were.

Maxwell blades show wasn't good at all..... I just can't believe what happened the lights weren't tracking him and he was talking so fast u can't even understand him...
