A special boutique hotel in an interesting rural small town. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Our beds were very comfortable and room was very quiet. We had a pretty patio with lots of flowers through double doors off our room.
They provided daily fresh baked goods, coffee, soft drinks, and a hot appetizer in the afternoon located in a central location on our floor!
Very well thought out hotel amenities and attention to detail.

We had never heard of Wilson, Arkansas or The Louis but were looking for someplace special for our anniversary and came across it. This place turned out to be one of our finest adventures and a wonderful hotel. ||Wilson has an unusual 150 year old history and today has reinvented itself as a world class destination. ||The Louis is small, with only 16 rooms and doesn’t have everything, no pool, etc but what it does, it does well. From the moment you drive up, you’re met with wonderful, friendly employees and every person and experience just makes you want to stay. Literally every employee we met was great, even the maintenance man working in the building in back as we did a morning walk. ||The lobby bar as you come in greets you with a complimentary drink and comfortable furniture as a place to relax. The employees are all knowledgeable about the town, restaurants and activities and easily answer your questions so you can make plans for your visit. ||The rooms are really nice and everything is first class. Comfortable beds with excellent linens. Large flat screen TVs with cable are in each room. Spacious bathrooms.||The rooftop patio, accessible from your room is a great place to visit with friends. There is a self serve honor bar with a large table to gather at night or in the morning. The patio is full of expertly tended plants, flowers and plenty of seating under large umbrellas.||They have complimentary afternoon snacks, an evening reception, a late night chocolate indulgence and a morning continental breakfast. The food is all freshly made by their two affiliated restaurants across the street.||The hotel has only been open a year and they have plans to open a Spa and Museum for the owner’s British Automobile collection on the premises in the next year. They have fishing, MS River canoe trips and hunting outings through affiliated companies and the town hosts 3-4 festivals each year so check the schedule if you’re interested in any of these.

This ever growing little slice of heaven must be experienced to be believed. Situated smack in the middle of Wilson, with the very best this gorgeous little Arkansas town has to offer for food, libations, wine and scenery, The Louis is where you'll need to stay to experience it all. This beautiful, brand new and luxuriously appointed property has 16 rooms and suites and we stay in a king patio suite each time we visit. With the beautiful bar right behind the reception area serving up all sorts of creative cocktails, craft beers and a great selection of wines, it is a feast for the senses.

Eat dinner at the Cafe (try the incredible gnocchi!) after having an expertly crafted cocktail at the Cafe bar. Do not pass on dessert. The chocolate pecan pie? Other worldly. Made in-house by their talented pastry chef.

The staff here is diverse and so, so warm and welcoming.

Make sure you breakfast at the Grange (or have it delivered like we lazy people did!) - everything is grown on site or from their farm. I have never had such good eggs fresh from their coops. The house-made sausage was also perfect.

It is in an unexpected part of Arkansas - like an oasis within the historic Cotton farmland, which is all around it and still actively grown and harvested!

This was our second visit and we already booked our next stay - during their Christmas Festival in December - before we even checked-out a few days ago.

We love The Louis Hotel and all it amenities! We frequent Wilson for Dinner at the Cafe and lunch on Mondays at the Grange. All the staff is attentive and eager to help in any way possible. Recommend booking a stay 100%!

Are we somewhere in Europe or the cotton fields of AR? This place is a hidden gem in Wilson, AR. If you are looking for a quick quiet escape with excellent accommodations, service, and food you need to come to Wilson and stay at the Louis. Cafe was incredible and the history very interesting. We will be back!

I recently enjoyed a weekend trip to the Wilson, Arkansas area and stayed at The Louis. This place was spectacular! I travel with the work that I do and stay in nice establishments: Arlington Hilton, JW Marriott at LA Live, Los Angeles Athletic Club, The Lofton Minneapolis, and others both domestic and abroad. The Louis was second to NONE of them! It was an exceptional stay in a unique setting. This place is the diamond of the delta region of Arkansas!

We saw online some of our favorite live music was coming to Wilson about 1.5 hrs away from our hometown and we thought this was the perfect time to stay overnight at this boutique hotel we had went by back in Nov while having dinner at the Wilson Cafe one night. We took this opportunity to see Vikki McGee & Sonny signing and stayed one night at The Louis!
The bar and lobby is high end luxury! Everything just looks perfect from top to bottom! The drinks ? were wonderful and we had a charcuterie board upon check in! We want to bring a group next time so
Our friends can see how fabulous this is!! So near by and a great little get away!

A charming boutique hotel dedicated to providing indulgent service and amenities. Our rooftop suite with private terrace access was perfect. The hotel manager, Ian, and his staff were unfailingly positive and helpful at every turn, ready with suggestions for excursions, etc., to enhance our visit. We definitely look forward to our next stay there!
