I have visited this arena countless times over the years whether for sporting events, concerts, graduations, or other events being held in the facility. It does a good job hosting the events it does. It does not offer some of the amenities of newer arenas but it still has everything you need. There is a good seat wherever you sit to view and it is not difficult to navigate. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially during more crowded events but I still don't consider it a major issue. Overall a good facility.

Went there for a concert. Love the easy access into the building, the security was everywhere and felt really safe. The staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely go back there for another concert.

Son graduated here this year. Daughter has graduated here as well as others we have attended.
Be prepared: you cannot take a purse in, of course no weapons, and other things I can't remember. You will walk through a detector. This is in place for our safety and I do appreciate it. Plenty of security. Very kind and helpful staff. Easy access for handicap from parking to getting inside to seating.
I do wish that the audience was asked to take their talking outside and mandated it though. I tried to video the part of my son walking. They ruined it with their loud obnoxious talking 2 rows behind. People in the row directly behind had enough of them as they talked loudly the ENTIRE time and asked them kindly to please keep their voices down. A man spoke up from the loud row and said, "We are a loud family." And they all only got louder. This is a once in a lifetime for us all, and they ruined the experience with their rudeness.

The concert was great, organization of the venue was less than optimal. Everyone lined up in 2 separate lines, and we came early so we were at the front of one of the lines. They came out 10 minutes before the doors opened, and announced that everyone that needed to have their bags checked needed to get in the left line - which was all the way to the road. There is no clear visible signage that stated this. Everyone in the right line obviously didn't know this, so you had a mad dash of people sending others back to the car to store their bags. Also, the lines to purchase merchandise was so long and moving so slow that you either bought a shirt, or missed the concert. We stood in line for quite a while and finally gave up.

Spent over $700 to see Lover Boy/REO SPEEDWAGON in concert.
We got there later than we should have & finding parking was BEYOND a nightmare!
I had to park about a mile away from the stadium.
It was OK, but the acoustics were terrible & most ofthe staff running the venue we're not remotely helpful.
I will NEVER go to another concert there no matter who is playing.
We had great seats, but not worth $700!
