He was fast and efficient and helped me to get exactly what I needed and what i was looking for ,the only thing missing was a sunroof haha, which was just not meant to be in was in need of a new vehicle that day, so I am so grateful for him if you are going to get a new vehicle with buick I highly recommend Tank he made the car shopping experience fun and worthwhile !!!

This has been by far the best dealership experience I've ever encountered. I'm happy to say we went to Gwatney. I highly recommend you get there before the end of July 2024. They have a great selection, and the process was very minimal. I think in total we were there less than two hours (with this said we knew exactly what we wanted and could afford, I called insurance the day before and had insurance on the vehicle ready for pick up. The business office had us in and out.

My first time buying a car is forever ruined. I was lied to, belittled, and sold a warranty for over three grand I was told would be free. After letting multiple people know Kieth Covington was displaying unsafe behaviors towards me - and after I let TWO managers know I didn't want any contact with him having to block his number, he still forced himself in the situation when I came to pick up my keys. This place is a circus of incompetence and an encouraging home for malpractice
