It's a very nice restaurant. I like the decor and the overall atmosphere.

The food was ok. It had plenty of flavor but was lacking in a couple departments. I had crab cakes as an appetizer. They were just ok. Breaded and tasted like bland in their mixture. I also ordered the filet with crab, fried asparagus, and brussel sprouts. The sprouts were delicious, first and foremost. The asparagus was interesting, but cooked perfectly. I ordered my steak rare, it was a little less than rare, the middle was still very uncooked. There's a difference between rare and raw. I can look past that, it was still tasty and a little raw never bothers me. Not all are going to be ok with this.

Lastly, service. I understand we had a large group. However, we only had one server who was very slow and I overheard her make a rude comment about a to-go order that one person in my group had asked for and didn't receive. We came in about 815, seated at about 830, we were told we could get in with plenty of time and still didn't get our food until 10 with very few people in the restaurant overall. We were not rushed or anything nor did we feel pressured to hurry up. We were just told by the front of house that we would be in and out well before 10, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, the experience wasn't terrible. I would give it another try, but this experience left much more to be desired.

Paula was an amazing server, took care of everything and made sure we had the best dinning experience! Food was great and Paula made sure it was on our table hot and wonderful! She suggested dessert, a homemade cheesecake. It was amazing best cheesecake I’ve ever had. This was our first time eating here and we will be back. Thank you Saltgrass for the food and thank you Paula for the excellent service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience at Saltgrass!
We recently had an incredible meal at Saltgrass, and I just have to share how wonderful it was! From start to finish, everything about our dining experience was top-notch. The food was delicious, with each dish perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The steaks were tender and seasoned to perfection, the sides were fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous!

What really made our night special, though, was Keith, our bartender. His warm and friendly service truly stood out—he was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Keith’s positive energy added an extra touch of hospitality, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

If you’re looking for an excellent meal and fantastic service, I highly recommend Saltgrass. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Keith you are in for a real treat! We can’t wait to come back!

I received an email from Saltgrass about two weeks ago advertising Thanksgiving dinner.  I forwarded that email to my two sisters and suggested that our families should have our Thanksgiving meal there, rather than cooking it ourselves.  They too thought it was a great idea.  I made reservations in advance to secure our Thanksgiving feast.  When we arrived it took the better part of 30 minutes to receive our drinks and almost the same amount of time for our order to be taken.  When we were finally able to order, we were told that they were out of the Thanksgiving dinner.  As you can imagine, we all we super disappointed.  Why weren't we told when we walked in the door?  Or better yet, how about an email or a phone call?  They had my information when I made my reservation.  To have us sit at the table almost an hour before taking our order, was extremely aggravating.  At that point it was too late for us to scramble around and do anything else.  Thanksgiving comes once a year.  It's a one shot deal and was ruined.  My family did not get to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal.  Saltgrass and Laundry's ruined what should have been a memorable experience for my family.  If you weren't up to the challenge, then why advertise it in the first place?  Stick to doing what you know and stop trying to profit off of the one single day of the year that you are obviously ill-equipped to handle.  You are messing around with special moments when families come together to make memories and embrace traditions.  Your company is not capable of being in charge of such an important task.  I would highly suggest that come next year, you lock your doors and don't even attempt it.  One thing is for certain, my family and I will NOT be returning.

It was my first time dining there,it was an amazing experience,I loved everything except for the bread that they give you with your food..the wheat roll that you have to cut up and add the butter..the bread was very disappointing! I really expected it to be soft and warm and delicious..but it wasn't! I really loved the shrimp, however I expected more of them than what I got,with my ribeye steak... the ceasar salad was delicious just was a small amount with very few croutons! But overall it was a good meal..but my favorite asset was the fros'e Rita? so I'll be going back there definitely for another one..the steak was delicious and so was my huge potato I really don't eat crab cakes,but my friend ordered some and they were good..
