There was season salt all over everything. My car smelled of it forever. I was not a fan. I never had this happen at a Rally's before. There was a bread and butter pickle on my burger that made my tomato taste rotten.

Around lunch time today as a walk up there were a few cars in drive thru moving fast!! With just 3 people. I was behind a family of 5, they were so rude to the cashier but she continued to smile and be polite. While moving drive thru!!! He didn’t have any money for his big purchase cursed the cashier and she still remained polite!!! Give that little lady a raise because the way he approached her and the vulgar language?!?!!!! Huh!!!! But anyhow my food was hot and correct with the sweetest service!!! I’ll definitely will be returning!!!!!

Update WOW!!! I guess my review doesn’t deserve a response. I said I enjoyed my food with great service. And stated how badly the cashier was treated. Its seems as long as your food gets complemented nothing else matters, WHAT ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES?!? Tbh you have VERY RUDE people and she was so nice even under those extreme circumstances!!!!!! Literally every time she waits on me!!! And the “OWNER” couldn’t give me a response?!?! HOPE YOU ALL DONT RUN HER OFF!!!!!!!

We ate at Rallys on Friday, Oct 25, 2024, order started 1:53pm ticket says. This is a eat outside only fast food restaurant, that's ok.
But what you tell them how you want a burger may not be what you get, some of the burger is right, & what they decide to add on their own is another story. I asked for a # 4 burger, but with no cheese, they didn't put cheese, ok. I asked for lettuce, tomato, & mayo, I got that. They also added onions & pickles which is not what I asked for. I tryed to tell them What I didn't want. The ticket also says that, what I asked for. Also sweet tea taste like is has a pinch of lemon in it. I don't like lemon in tea. They didnt tell me there was lemon In The tea, & they said there is no lemon in the tea. Burger taste like it had salt on it, lots of people can't handle salt. I don't think I will every go back to a Rallys, unless they change things, but then how would I know.

Don't really eat a lot of fast anymore, but neither me nor my girlfriend wanted to cook, and it was late, so we decided to go to Rally's.
Actually, would have really liked a Swiss mushroom burger, but only had a bacon Swiss buford. It was okay. Service was a bit slow, but other than that everything was average.

We ordered a fairly large order... but on both of our fry lovers burgers they didn't put fries on there....... also not super friendly. I understand that on this day they were very busy but that's no reason for us to have sat there for our order for 40 min and then not get what we paid for. No one answered the phone when I called. And there was no powdered sugar on our funnel cake fries. Yall need to get it together. ?

This place was horrible with customer service , the chicken was gross & fries were nasty. People there are rude and not friendly or helpful.
