Not crazy about the service but the lobster roll (limited time) is delicious. You can’t beat the price or get anything comparable around!

My fish has always been fresh and on point.

Service is lacking but I’m sure they aren’t paying those folks a livable wage either!

Nice $5.99 specials on Wednesday for Seniors. Fish and shrimp were hot and good. Coleslaw was great. Love the hush puppies. Service was good. They really need to tear the building down and put a new one in. This one just cannot get the greasy feeling gone.

My order was fine but I witnessed the entire staff, including the person who said she was the manager treat an 83 year old man with disrespect and then talked horribly about him after he left. With a little bit of understanding and care he would not have left. I think it was deplorable that the entire staff talked about him to everyone in the restaurant. I will take my future business elsewhere.

My recent visit to Captain D's was unfortunately disappointing due to the poor service I encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff was disorganized. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, I waited an unusually long time to place my order. The employees were playing, sitting on the countertop, the place was like a zoo. The worst service I have ever received!

The lack of attention to basic customer service really took away from what could have been a simple, enjoyable meal. I hope management takes steps to address these issues, as good food should always be accompanied by at least decent service. Unfortunately, my experience this time at Captain D's left much to be desired.

Loaded baked potato was in fact not baked or loaded, the fried fish is horrible, stuffed crab was trash, the sides are all unseasoned and soggy or old, the hush puppies are gooey, the mozzarella sticks are practically plastic, and these lobster bites? speechlessly bad. Yall are allergic to completing an order i swear. I can see why this company went under in Louisiana. I feel sad that these poor fish, shrimp, and crab had to die to become this trash.

It's not an inviting atmosphere. The cook couldn't stay in the kitchen and kept running out to his girlfriends car. The receptionist acted like she didn't like taking large orders.
Oh, drinks DO NOT come with meals. Remember that because they will throw a fit if they have to ring you up just for a drink.
Very ghetto like.
