This place is great. They aren’t super pushy. When they come out it’s friendly and informative. But its not just the salesmen. Everyone here is super nice. I had an item that shipped ltl and the driver requested that i meet him there to get my package (new decked system) i work out of state so my mom went in my truck. These guys came out and loaded it for her no questions asked even though they have never met her. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely keep giving these people my future business.

I called first thing on a Friday morning for an issue with the Def on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were very courteous and had me come in as soon as I could. The issue with my Jeep turned out to be something that would take several hours and they would not be able to take of it that day. But they spent over an hour trying to help me and did not bill me for that. I appreciate the great customer service and will definitely use them in the future!

Great service department and real nice people there. The service/parts manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. She found a part for my Dodge Ram that Ultimate Dodge of Mountain Home, couldn't find. Ultimate Dodge, convinced my insurance company the part wasn't available. So I went from power heated mirrors to not. Now thanks to Mark Martin Dodge, I will have my truck fixed the way it was, even at my expense.
