As of 11.30.24: This place won’t be open much longer based upon its current state. Cleanliness on the inside is lacking and lighting of the signage outside is in need of replacement. When you can’t be bothered to maintain the building on the outside, you aren’t going to care much for the inside either. Seats are looking VERY worn, bathroom fixtures are original and haven’t been updated since the Grand Opening. And when customers feel like they need a shower, or should, after watching a movie…revenue will suffer.

I tried to go and enjoy a movie with my young son last night and experienced a nasty ordeal. I went to Malbus to the movies. As I walked in, there were 4 lines. Since I am disabled, I choose the shortest line. When it came my turn to buy tickets and concessions I was very rudely treated. The young boy sold me my tickets but refused to sell me any popcorn as the line next to me was longer than my line. When I asked to speak to the manager he stated that he was the person in charge (he lied about being the manager as I did speak to a manager named Jacob when I was leaving after the movie). I had the choice of going on and seeing the movie or leaving without a refund of my two tickets I had already purchased. While the manager i dealt with was professional (he didn’t laugh in my face like the first guy did) he did not apologize for the other person’s actions. I’m 59 and disabled. This was definitely discrimination. If I were you, I’d go the movies in Daphne and not Spanish Fort otherwise you too will have to deal with discrimination, rudeness, and a very poor led staff.

Nope, never again. This place is filthy and in need of a major renovation. Seats are falling apart, the ceiling is falling in, and staff don't care. I'd give zero stars if possible.

I was in the area and this theater was in a great location to just stop in and see a movie. The staff behind the counter were great. I got cheap and messy nachos and enjoyed myself. It felt a little dated compared to other theaters in the area, but instead of being a bad thing it added to its overall charm.

I really wanna give them 4 stars cause they don't sale hotdog during the week. But they're customer service was so good I have to give 5. They also don't nickle and dime you on cheese ! Thank God !

The manger there is doing something. The associates that got me my stuff was happy and expedient. Also it didn't seem fake. I actually felt like he cared about my needs.

I was there September 18th seeing the forge at 6 15. The people on staff need a raise. They truly deserve it.

Thanks for the fantastic customer service guys I will be back !

Had a Great time! No long line and and reasonably prices! Worker were very friendly and helpful! They even informed me I had 5$ off rewards and free upgrades on our popcorn and drinks I forgot came with our membership!?

Movie was pretty good there was almost no one there we pretty much at the theater to ourselves. The popcorn wasn't the freshest, but was still really good. Also I really like being able to buy the ticket at the food counter that was probably the best update they've ever done

Go on Tuesday. 5 dollar movie can not be beat. Staff seemed cool. Beats what Mobile has to offer.
