We came to see Wicked and the projector wasn’t working. They replaced the tickets to use at a different time. My daughter and niece were very very upset and crying about not being able to see it (having to wait another day) one of the workers there named Autumn (Red hair) came up hugged the girls and gave them a wicked pin for them to have. It cheered up the girls very much. We went to tell the Assistant Manager about how sweet she was and what she did and he gave the girls a free box of candy. Thank you Cinemark for having caring employees.

Got here around 5:45 pm on 3/24/2023. We didn't personally deal with any employees to purchase tickets as you cannot purchase them at the front ticket counter located outside any longer. Once you walk into the inside there is a ticket kiosk to the left. You choose your movie, how many tickets you need, pick your seats, then pay. The kiosk will print all the tickets you've purchased and a receipt. It was easy to use and operate, but I'm sure if you need help there are employees behind the snack counter that can help. We didn't order any snacks as we just got done eating dinner with our birthday girl and everyone was full. They have a little area you can use to play basic arcade games while waiting for your movie to start, everything operates as it should. All the machines only take tokens so have cash for the token machine when you come. It takes $1's and $5's. We used the bathroom before going to our seats. It was for the most part clean there were a few stalls that were not as clean as they should be, but it wasn't busy so we had plenty to choose from. The one I used wouldn't flush. They Also have a facet inside the bathroom that doesn't turn off so don't waste your time trying, you'll be late for your movie. The lady at the ticket checking was nice and they had a few security guards back behind as well. She guided us to the showroom our movie was playing in and told us to enjoy. ALL SEATS at this theater recline and also have a heated seat optiong as well. The specific showroom we were in was clean and very well maintained. We did take a restroom break for the Littles during the movie. The man at the ticket stand gave us a secret password to come back in lol (maybe just fun for the kids idk) we had no trouble entering back into the showroom to finish out movie. Noise was kept to a minimum and we were able to enjoy our movie. Upon leaving we were guided out a exit door away from the ticket entrance that leads to the lobby to use the restroom or exit the theater all together. Our visit was nice and we will recommend anyone this theater to anyone.

Honestly love the mall theater it's a perfect little family day. Go to mall let kids play games, wife shop, then have a little bite to eat and end it all with a good movie at the cinemark. It's clean and comfortable ?

I spent over $100 for 2 adults and 1 child to go see inside out 2. The movie was good but they didn't start the movie on time, didn't show any previews or even turn down the lights until we were part way through the movie. Another patron had to go and tell someone about the lights

Disgusting. The theatre looks like it hasnt been cleaned all day. Im sitting here right now im theatrer 2 waiting on planet of the apes to start and there is trash everywherr and it stinks like doo doo

We are used to going to this movie theater. It's good, not over crowded. It's incredible for me and my kids. The seats a reclining and heated and we get a discount with our membership.

Very nice Place, love the seats, oh Wow!!! A little pricey for me, lol but overall love it!!
