The employees are super nice and the food is really tasty. They are fast and courteous. This is not a fancy restaurant. It does have a seated dining area but you order at the counter so somewhat like fast food but better quality.

The ability to read and write English should be a prerequisite to get a job in this country. Then we wouldn’t run into issues like asking for extra hot sauce and instead getting no hot sauce, when you call back to say hey what happened to the hot sauce, the only thing that gets repeated over and over again is it’s OK it’s ok……It’s not OK. $15 for fries. You should be able to do it right.

The restaurant was HOT inside like super hot then we ordered a carne asada burrito which we only went there because we love the ralibertos in dowtown Redding and usually carne asada burritos are meat pico and guacamole but we said NO pico and add crema and we got it & there was rice beans and pico with huge chunks of onions and No crema but when I went back in she did give me a little container of sour cream like normal sour cream from store it was just overall DISGUSTING and the MEAT tasted OLD and dry and bland I would NOT recommend to anyone !!!! And for $14 to be thrown away was irritating you guys need to do better !!!

Look don’t spend your money here, normally I don’t leave bad reviews but when the food is awful I have to let other people know. I mean if you’re from anderson this might be good, but if you from anywhere with real food this is a waste of money. I jus spent $40 there to literally give half the plates to my dog. The meat is either really squishy/fat or super burnt. The burritos were so dry and the chimichanga was crusty. Don’t waste your money here, go to el Shastaquero if anything.

My daughter found this in her bean and rice burrito. I was so hopeful that this would be good food but finding a large piece of metal made it so we all threw out our food. Not worth the chance ?
