A beautiful place with the most beautiful shows! I just saw the DakhaBrakha concert, and it was one of the most amazing days of my entire life. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to go to this concert. I am Ukrainian, and it was a transformative, out-of-this-world experience. Thank you for creating an opportunity for all the people in the audience to witness that.

Went to see two events during Bach festival. The bad. Once symphony started two ladies that worked there sat right in front of me and my wife. Couldn't see a thing. Told her afterwards what she had done and she told me they were allowed to sit there during performances. The good. Theatre does have good sound throughout the auditorium. However the seats are not not stadium seating. So be careful purchasing tickets.

Very nice venue. For $5 extra, we were able to by a sippy cup and bring in our beverages in to the auditorium.

Unfortunately, we could not find a security guard in order to help one of their own workers who was being harrassed by a patron who was calling her horrible names. I was going to forcibly remove this man, but there was one more song and she asked me not too. Other than this incident, it was a wonderful experience. The Purple Xperience entertained and the standing room only dance floor was a fantastic new edition!

Jazz at Lincoln Center was more than five star! The orchestra was top notch with every single musician..the guest singers were off the charts! Please come back again!!!

Been to Carmel several times... never knew this place even existed... what a beautiful setting.. small.. intimate... every seat is a good seat... Seen Boz Skaggs last week... fantastic show

Beautiful venue with great acoustics because it's on the smaller scale. We sat in the balcony to watch the Smuin Christmas Ballet (which was incredible, by the way!). We could hear the music perfectly and could still feel like we were a part of the production. Unlike larger venues where you really feel the separation from stage when you sit in the back. We will be back for more events in the future!
PS. Parking gets difficult. Leave with plenty of time to find parking around the neighborhood if the parking lots are full.

Sunset Center puts money over kindness. Today I went there to see Bruce Hornsby with yMusic. yMusic was excellent. Bruce Hornsby can still play the piano, but his voice is shot. I left at the intermission. Great artists need to stop touring when they can't perform up to professional standards anymore. It just reality.

But what was worse was that my family couldn't go with me, so I had 2 tickets I decided to give away. I had emailed SC to ask about their no resale policy and threat to punish those who do....no response. So when I got there, I explained to the woman at the box office my desire to gift them to someone and she said she would help, so I left the tickets with her, trusting she wouldn't waste them and be kind to two people. Big mistake, she wasted them. 2, $80 orchestra seat tickets plus taxes and fees, wasted. Greed overcomes kindness at Sunset Center.

She explained that they let a person go who wasn't working out and that's probably why my email wasn't responded to. It sounds to me that they let the wrong person go. Shame on her and Sunset Center!!! I would have stood outside to give them away for free, but I trusted her!!!! I'm sad and disappointed in so many ways.
