Fabulous venue for a wedding !!!!! Jim was super helpful in helping us make arrangements for our wedding at the Buckhorn Restaurant and Bar. The setting was fantastic, the food was very reasonably priced and many of us stayed at the Buttes Resort across the street. The hotel is right on the Yuba River and the surrounding view is spectacular !! We were very comfortable at the hotel and enjoyed the deck overlooking the river the evening before. Jim saved us a lot of money by getting a band for us called "The Neighbors". They were awesome and we celebrated and danced the afternoon away. It was truly a wonderful celebration and I would very highly recommend it !!

A nice quaint bar and restaurant in the beautiful Sierra city! One of the few places to get a great drink and meal in this small mountain community. The owner who also owns the motel across the street was extremely friendly and accommodating; it’s tough to find service as great as this place. Be sure to check their hours as they sometimes change depending on the season and conditions. It is absolutely worth the trip out there! Not only do you get an awe inspiring taste of nature, you’ll also feel totally welcome in this small community full of wonderful people. We will definitely find our way back to this great location!

This new restaurant is a great addition to the town. The service was very good. The menu is relatively short but has unique options. The two we chose we very tasty! We will definitely return and bring friends!

Great spot in Sierra City for food and drink and views. Creek runs through the property on the patio with small waterfalls, and views from patio are spectacular. Butte on one side with a single tree at the top (10k ft?) and layers of trees on the opposite side of the river.

Soooooooo good. The food and service is beyond what I expected. Prices are great for the food served. Awesome job Jim! Can not wait to go back.
