Aerial has always been something I wanted to try and I am so grateful I found a gym in Santa Cruz to attend. I love the co students and teachers, I don't feel pressure or unessesary competition between the fellow students and I feel free to challenge myself without judgment anytime I try new or difficult moves! I originally started aerial to strengthen my back/shoulders because I had a spinal fusion of 18 of my vertebrae about 10 years ago, and I feel like the sky is the limit! I have never let my back stop me from trying things that maybe be extra difficult given the fusion, however I have gained so much strength thanks to my dedication to aerial/CTC, 13 year old Féline would be proud ?. I always encourage all my friends to come here! At least to try it, The first class is a free trial anyway!

Thank you all to all the staff and students that I get to share my time with when I'm training and growing here ?

Not a safe environment for young kids.
I was trying to give this place a chance 6 times but every time this place has been disappointing to my kids. The main concern is with the older lady who wears glasses and sits upfront. She is extremely slow around computers and twice made mistakes overcharging me and I had to come back to resolve the issue. Her attitude is really bad. She doesn’t like kids and makes sure everyone sees that. I ve seen her yell at a kid and grab the kid by her hand. When I asked why she grabbed a kid by her hand, her answer was “this is not how u behave here”. I ve seen her being irritated at kids and snap at them. That’s not safe for young kids, that lady should not be working with kids - be careful with your kids!

I started aerial when I was young and was just coming out of an injury due to wrestling from middle school to high school. The instructors are very attentive in my opinion and challenge you when you are ready for it. I love to push myself and they have always done that with me. I have taken breaks many times from aerial but the people at Cirque Tumble and Cheer have always welcomed me back.

This gym does not respresent their mission nor the experience of their “instructors” accurately.
I have done aerial for years in another state and when I moved here I attempted to do classes here.
Unbelievable how unprofessional they are. I attended a class and found out their regular instructor was out and they put this young man in charge of teaching and he was so clueless. He kept looking at the class syllabus I can only suppose and he didn’t know what each pose, exercise was.
I have never been greeted or acknowledged in a friendly manner even though I have go e there maybe 10 times.
Not interested in the money based class that charges you even when they don’t have a competent instructor.
I saw one class where a very young child was put in a teenage class and the instructor did not have a clue how to guide that young child. The instructor left the child to just sit alone while teaching others .

I had a wonderful time here! I've been involved in dance and gymnastics to some level almost my whole life and this was a great new experience to add to my list! The instructors were kind and attentive and I got a great work out in. I would be coming back all the time if only I lived closer!
