The place is so warm and comforting. All the staff is kind and super nice I love the Florin Rd center the staff is like my second family I have no problems putting my life in their hands because I know they are working hard to not only save life's of patience the donation is for but also they treat the donors with so much kindness and they are just so nice and caring the whole team I have not ran into one person that I have felt anything negative vibes for nothing at all it's so amazing and great I give the whole team 20 Stars google doesn't have enough stars for this rate. Thank you for your service guys I love each and every one of you who make it possible to make this happen.

So the first three times I donated I ended up really bruised and I couldn't come back until I heal so I lost time on fulfilling the promotion for first time donors and only until the fourth time the technician actually was able to find the vein without hurting me we're causing any bruising so if I do ever go back I hope to have that same technician. Like I would add everyone is friendly everyone is polite but the skills required to insert a needle and extract plasma need to be refined

This location, the staff, the efficiency, the vibe is why I don't mind the drive. Shout out to Oscar, Anthony, Wyatt and biggest shout out to Kevin. I cannot say enough admirable things about him except that I always request to be poked by him, he's literally the best, guess you'll have to come and see for yourself ☺️ I love their teamwork and their jokes makes me at ease. I truly appreciate being taken care of. They'll answer any questions and make you comfortable. Thank you!
P.s. dress warm or bring a blanket, it gets seriously cold by the end!!

I'm thankful, I'm usually uncomfortable here, but today I couldn't be if I tried. And I definitely tried, Diana is so good. I have a list of people that poked me and she didn't even make it in there. Leaving a review in hopes of change. I am new to donating and today was my 3rd donation. I’m still learning the ropes of it all, so one big thing with donating is you need to be well hydrated since plasma is 90% water. If you are not well hydrated you become very sick for a day or two. Luckily so far I have been taking the steps to make sure I am well hydrated and eating well and it hasn’t happened to me. Today during waiting I drank the electrolyte water I had brang with me and was still very thirsty. I asked for a bottle of water ( they have cases of bottle of off brand water very cheap) and was informed they only give out 1 bottle of water on your first visit and aren’t allowed to give out after that. That’s truly sad! We are coming here for as low as 70$ the company makes thousands for our plasma and we aren’t event able to get a bottle of water when it’s a dire health concern. Policy needs to change. Also since there is a “saline shortage” you only get saline for your first six visits after that they give you a small bottle of Gatorade and crackers to drink for hydration before donating. This company definitely takes advantage of people in need. The staff however have been kind thus far.

Donated at this location 5 times so far and I’ve been very pleasantly surprised at how consistently friendly they are here. Every person I’ve talked to here has always been helpful and friendly with a smile on their faces each and every time while being completely professional and efficient at the same time. Highly recommend this specific location to anyone reading this. Help others, make money and have a great experience while doing so

I just feel that when their agency sends out emails telling you that it's time for you to come in and donate that those people should already be scheduled and not be told that once they arrive in the office that they have to call for an appointment if you're sitting out emails to those people schedule them accordingly it's an inconvenience to waste time and money energy and effort to go all the way down there only to be told you can't donate.
On my first visit I told the young man I'm a very hard stick so he's prob only gonna get 1 shot too put needle in my are they both ended up bruised. ....
