Our first job (2011) with James was incredible! He installed (in our new house) our bedroom television and hooked up all the components with ease (even did an incredible job with the wiring system!). We had him install some lighting as well throughout the house.
Sadly, we re-hired him (2016) for the following work: install our 65" monitor, with an FM Tuner, DVD/CD player, Apple box, sound bar and HGTV antenna (we wanted out of the cable monopoly!), install a few lights in the house, a repeater for our WiFi and a security camera system. This was to take approximately 2 days to complete. Well it took more than 2 months! So disrespectful and unprofessional! We would call and text him, no answer! FaceBook, he just ignores you! When we did reach him he had so many different excuses (baby mamma issues, father issues, lost cell phone, eviction, etc you name it he had them!). When he said he would be here, he would mostly just not show up at all! I lost so much time from work because of this! He was real quick to come get his checks and quickly to cash them though! He left a hole in the closet after he security system was installed (I patched it up myself), disrespected the premises with no coverings (plaster dust from drilling holes in the walls, micro metal particles in my carpet when he drilled the casing for the security camera (still picking pieces up). The Apple box continually needs a reboot (it freezes), the HGTV box will not reset to the correct time, the FM tuner will not play the preset radio stations he set (they are active and valid local radio stations, hell, Alexis can play them without issue!). His first attempt he had the balls to say he was going to charge me for a visit! My husband attempted to reach him, but got blown off (typical). Extremely irritated with him. Looks like I'll have to get someone more responsible and technically better to complete his work and I guess I'll use the court system to seek restitution! Such a shame, he would really could have had a great company.

Sacramento TV Installation

This James Guy did even worse then the review previous to mine. I am a home theater installer and one of our new clients has had to sick the cops on him because he straight up charged the guy $3000 and then never showed up to even do the install or anything, took his money and ran. What scum! Gives good installers like me and my guys a bad name!
