After three months of trying, Smartthings (Samsung) could not fix my home automation system. Motorwoks Tech found and repaired the two problems after a couple of visits. Allen, the owner, went out of his way to help me get the prober bulbs and reboot the system.

Alen, the owner, was prompt, knowledgeable and fixed the problems in a couple of visits.

Great service. Tech ( sorry I'm bad with names) helped me with installation of a security camera over my garage including the solar charging panel placed on the roof. The camera wasn't connecting to my wifi so he made recommendations to correct. He offered to come back out and help install the extender but I figured that out. He was friendly, thorough, and helpful in the placement. There was a bit of a hiccup in the initial scheduling and they can take a minute to respond but I think it was money well spent. Very reasonable pricing at that. I would recommend and go back for future needs.

Alan got my Nest and Carrier thermostats on line then came back to install two Rachio, internet connected, sprinkler controllers. He was able to troubleshoot why one of the old valves was misbehaving as an added bonus. I am very happy with my new app based capabilities and highly recommend MotoWorks for installing and configuring your smart devices!
