Jay-R is the most consistent and thorough basketball trainer we’ve ever had. He understands what the athlete needs to work on and tailors a plan for development. He ensures the athletes understand how to handle in-game situations and teaches them to make quick decisions. He is exceptional at what he does! Jay-R is amazing. He highly skilled as a trainer, and connects with his athletes in a way that pushes their performance to the next level. He builds trust with the athletes and leads by example. He is always studying and training himself to be better which is so refreshing because as the athlete grows and needs the next level of training Jay-R is able to meet that need.
