TRIED AGAIN TODAY to call. Maybe you should slow down on on creating new products until you can afford to pay someone to answer the phone.
I’m a distributor who has tried calling several times and been on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, just to hang up and try another day with the SAME RESULTS. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

First, I wouldn’t give them any stars due to their customer service. I joined this pyramid scam as a distributor 1 1/2 years ago. The skin care product is expensive but it provides great results for my complicated skin.
The website is cumbersome and not user friendly. The lip sense burns and dries out your lips. I prefer the eyeshadows as I didn’t experience any issues from it. My husband and I are full time RV traveling so we change locations often.
I submitted an order and paid for the express shipping 1-2 day because we were spending 9 days at our location. After 5 business days the shipment had not arrived. I called customer service (which is a joke) and they tell me “We have 5-7 days to prepare the shipment, the 1-2 days is for after we ship it”. Seriously! Why advertise 1-2 day if it still takes more than a week to get your product.
The product arrived long after we left the area. Luckily a friend was still in the area to mail it to me.
The second problem I encountered is when I placed an order and forgot to change the address. I immediately called to let them know I needed to update the address before the product ships. They told me they couldn’t contact the warehouse to make any changes once the order was placed. I told them that the warehouse had not even started packing the order because it was over a weekend. But because of their antiquated processes, an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
I requested my distributor account be canceled and a full refund as well as in writing. Needless to say the order shipped and was returned back to the warehouse. After a month of several unanswered emails requesting my refund, I called them. They then explain that they couldn’t give me a refund because commission had been paid. I asked her to whom?because neither I or my upline received a dime and why would they pay commission when they knew it was a return order from the get go?! She said the commission was paid to the uplines’ upline upline, upline.
After raising a stink and not taking that for an answer they said they’d process the return at 90% refund. Let’s just see how long that will take. Horrible customer service!

It took over 2 months for the refund.
