这里的服务生很黑心！起初方便面柜子没有标示价格，一碗方便面收我20元价格！（然后还是让人自己接热水泡）之后再去看到柜子上贴的10元！没有服务就算了，还骗钱….真的是贪婪的人….

本来和朋友高高兴兴的去消费却受到了非常极其差的服务态度！当天的服务人员是一个老男人和一个小姐这对男女态度都特别差！多问几句就不耐烦了要不是为了照顾朋友不想让他们麻烦换地方当时就走了想起那个服务态度和表情就恶心！让拿个东西爱搭不理的脸部表情比屎还臭！没想到！在美国！也会有！如此！服务差的！服务行业的！服务人员！！收费贵不说还乱收费！是没见过钱么？？在美国经常出去消费还从来没有遇到过如此恶心的服务人员！我和很多朋友以后都肯定不会再去了！绝对必须拉黑的地方！

We ordered some chicken wings, and there are feather on the chicken, which is super disgusting!!
When we ask to change the plate, the waitress was super rude, she said all chicken wings has feather and she will hand pull the feather from the chicken in front of us and we can eat it. have never been treated so rudely.

Worst place ever. I called ahead of time to check on the price, I check on the Pure karaoke and they are $39 per hour. And then I caught ichi box and they say it’s $40 an hour. Ichibox is much closer so I think one dollar is fine even though I have 20% of pure karaoke (I didn’t count that). A group of five arrived, and then they told me they charge at 18% service fee and then there is tax. If that is situation, they should let us know while I was making a phone call, not when we are here. Will never ever come back. Nobody take the accountability

Service is awful. Owners are rude and poorly educated without any respect to customers. They would deny any negative feedback regarding the dirty food and would cancel your reservation at last minute. Strongly suggest not coming to this place.
