Cashier was rude , refused to sell person in line ahead of me 2 bags of cough drops. Said it required a photo i.d, when provided with a photo i.d they then refused the sale. The behavior displayed by staff was belligerent. Staff instigated instead of descalated the situation. The staffs inability to descalate customers disputes made me feel VERY unsafe as a shopper.

My local pharmacy. Usually no problems. They tend to get extremely busy and slow. They sometimes have good deals on detergent or candy. There reward card is worth having. This Rite Aid is at 1050 N. Wilson Way.

Pharmacist manager Pang is incredibly unprofessional. Very disrespectful to the costumes and has no empathy. Switching pharmacies, you should too if you have been considering it for some time like me.

Today I was welcomed by A lovely lady Named Denise. She greeted me and helped me find the activated charcoal I was looking for, then she even went out of her way and stopped at the pharmacy to get me a syringe. I appreciate her great customer service 👏 😁

Getting my rx refills is as easy as calling the 24 hr phone number and entering my rx refill number on my medicine bottle then they text me to let me know I can come and get it or have it delivered.
Denise the clerk is always very helpful and goes out of her way to help me and always greets me by name.
When my Drs office forgets to send something or I need authorization the employees stay on top of what needs to be done.
I also have to say the pharmacist also stay on top of my rx,s and take time to phone me to make sure Im ok and to review how I am taking my meds and to remind me my flu shot is due. How great is that? I am a Sr and I appreciate the extra mile Rite Aide pharmacy goes to be a team that keeps me safe. 5 stars well deserved.

Worst pharmacy there is they're not helpful they lie. And the don't call to tell you medication won't be filled if not covered by insurance. And won't fill it
Told me they had the medication over the counter which the lied.. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy..
