And interesting experience. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. Unfortunately, one of the chefs, in plain view, blew his nose twice and did not wash his hands afterward. Then he proceeded to set hands on one of the cutting boards. I told the manager, and then he washed his hands.
My boyfriend and I spent a total of 1400.00$ for the meal. That included the 400$ for reservations, food, two bottles of wine, taxes, and gratuity.
At that level, the lack of handwashing should not be happening.
All dinner guests arrive at 630.
The food was interesting. It is all preplanned. I like how the appetizers were at the time to stand up and mingle. They are spread throughout the restaurant. All seating is preplanned. We sat at the bar. All the managers and staff were really friendly.
All said and done, it was a cool experience.

First timer at the Kitchen after years wanting to go. Our party of six fully enjoyed every aspect of the experience from the roaming to taste appetizers, to the perfectly paired wine, to the rounds of seconds (oysters!), to the friendly and precise service, to the celebratory atmosphere. Highly recommend saving up and experiencing the show!

I didn't realize how fast reservations went. I accessed the website right at 10 and saw most of them were gone. The date I wanted to go was not available anymore and any other dates I clicked on kept disappearing. Luckily, when I went back in a little bit, my date was available again so I tried to complete the reservation and pay asap.

Service was excellent. They called in advance to make sure they get information regarding what you like and don't like so they don't put the ingredients you don't like in front of you. When you get there, everyone was really nice and professional. I have no complaints about service and they deserve their 22% tips.

I enjoyed my experience at The Kitchen in general. I loved the baked cod fish and the cod fish ceviche most. I ordered them twice. The cocktail was also great, sweet & sour & fruity, right up my alley. Other food was okay but I didn't love them.

The most disappointing part is the dessert. I don't think they are Michelin star worthy. The macarons were done right and they were good but I have to say I didn't feel they were amazing. Other desserts were okay. The cookies were too hard/crunchy and not good. Choux weren't good either. We didn't end our night with a good note because of the desserts. They need to make better desserts to worth what they want us to pay.

Well no words can describe this place. It’s truly an experience. The Vito go in and out of the kitchen and “assist” the chefs with making dishes, torching items, plating, tasting as they throw it on the main serving dish! It’s truly a place that will make you believe it cannot be better than this and if this is heaven on earth then it’s pure perfection beauty and amazing to share with special people in your life. More than half the room was first timers there!!! People celebrating life events like anniversary, birthdays, engagements, purchasing Homes! All staff makes you feel like family! All staff will hear your food allergies or concerns and make a game time audible version to accommodate! I found my new love and need to go back! Love Love Love this place!!!

Wonderful way to celebrate birthday or anniversary if you're prepared to spend $400 per person ( including regular wine pairing and 22% service charge). Coffee and sparkling water is extra. Reserve wine pairing is extra$100
Food is fantastic and plentiful. Service impeccable. Dinner lasts 3.5 hours and you are going to be full but the end. Very nice touch to browse the restaurant during appetisers to see the kitchen and to talk to people. Much much better experience than Localis ( which I would avoid after dinning in both places).
Reservation go online 2 month ahead. You prepay for food when reserve and for wine after dinner

I'll skip the long review because there are enough of them already. It's simply better to experience it for yourself. I'll say that this is a full-on dining extravaganza unlike any other I have had. There is only one seating for everyone at the same time and plentiful food, wine, and exploration throughout the night. They earned and deserve the Michelin Star. For those wondering about the dollars, expect to spend at least $250 per person, $400 to $500 if you want good wine/drink pairings, and thousands if you want to indulge in everything. Reservations need to be made well in advance.

One of the most unique dining experiences I have had. Chef Gio, among putting out some truly phenomenal food, truly did achieve feeling like you’re at home. There were times when I was asked if I wanted any additional food or drink, I forgot I was dining at a Michelin star restaurant, let alone I had to pay for it — I really got sucked in. It’s so unique to be able to interact with all the staff and even ask for seconds, or thirds!

Everything is amazing. This is a true dining experience unlike any other!! Carefully planned and well executed menu from start to finish. The service is top tier!! Each appetizer, entree, and dessert is freshly prepared with the freshest ingredients. 5 star experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!!
