I have never sought after Jimboy's when I want Mexican food, there are plenty of other places that can cure those taste buds. Although, Jimboys is a great option for healthy hardy portioning, and food that may be greasy, but is delicious and has great flavor.

I typically order from the app when I eat here for a quick dinner - the app runs smooth and I have never had an issue with it, but I warn you some locations might have special offerings that can only be purchased over the phone or in store. The in store experience has actually been overall better than other fast food restaurants. It almost feels similar to eating at a mom-and-pop shop. The staff is always really friendly and the atmosphere of the store has sort of a cozy home feeling.

Don't mind trying Jimboy's out if you are need for a quick less pricier meal that'll keep you full. Their taquitos are a personal favorite!

I came to the Jim boys on a weekday around 130. It wasn’t that full, which was good. I ordered the combo special that included two tacos, rice and beans no drink. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands as I said on the picture I posted. I’m not sure if my hands were clean or not after washing my hands just look at that faucet. They have three sauces at the salsa bar, red Milf sauce, a homemade red sauce, and a green sauce the homemade red sauce was amazing. The tacos were good. They had that normal Jimboy taste. I just wish they could’ve made the tortilla a little crispier just like at other locations, but it wasn’t bad. The rice was a little hard and the beans were a bit cold. The young woman at the counter was friendly. I did notice that she kept cleaning every table after someone left.

Sacramento fast food icon. Food is far better than it should be. 🙂 I love Jimboys.
Not traditional in any way and not trying to be. Just really good grub. The basic burritos are still kind of cheap and not terribly high in calories. Meat and cheese and tortilla and awesome. Famous for "American" tacos though. The quesadillas and taquitos are really good. The hamburger taco should be bad but it's not. It's great! Cheap too.
Also the staff works hard I've noticed. Polite and get the job done. Online orders are always on time.

Jimboy's Tacos has limited locations in Sacramento. It is a dine in fast food place that offers to go orders. This store is in the greenhaven area, near florin road and greenhave. Average meal $10-15.

I visited this location because it’s close to my house. Only thing is, they don’t have a drive thru. But my experience was poor, due to what I saw. So I ordered our food and we (family and I) were waiting for it while we waited a man walks in and proceeds to tell the cashier that his togo order was incorrect. When he got home he noticed items were missing from the order and he drove back and told to tell them and so the lady at registers asks the cook, and the man is there waiting and the lady was like “ok 1 burrito not 2” and I guess he was missing two of them, she said they could only give him 1 based on what the cook said that she did in fact out two in that order, and I’m just there listening and waiting for my food. And her and gentleman go back and forth wether it was one or two burritos and I just felt like it was unprofessional, why would he come all the way back to argue about missing food that’s a hassle and I just felt like it was an easy fix, give the customer what he wants he obviously paid for food that was missing and there was no need to go back and forth. I’m be worked in the fast food industry before and it’s really not that serious, I was upset for the gentleman. And for that reason, I will no longer visit this location again. Very bad first impression and I will go elsewhere. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service.
