Great cocktail spot in Fresno with a very cool vibe, but the best part was the staff. Bartenders are great and know what they are doing. Our server Alejandro was super knowledgeable about the cocktails and the unique liquors. He gave us amazing drink recommendations all night. Plus, Alejandro is very funny dude who was great to joke around with between drinks. Will definitely come back to hang out in the cool vibe, drink a handful of great cocktails, and BS with Alejandro.

Partner and I came in without reservations. Ordered some drinks and an app. The table behind us were obnoxiously loud and none of the servers asked them to keep it down. I’m talking, straight up yelling. My ears are still ringing. Definitely ruined the vibe. I was yelling so my partner could hear me. Drinks were great. One of the dips from the Pinchos app was extremely salty. To top it off, the server with an Afro look came back after we had paid and said “I noticed you didn’t click tip. We make minimum wage. We ask you not to come back if you’re not gonna tip.” I literally had cash ready to leave for a tip. That absolutely ruined our experience here. Place needs improvement in service to match the atmosphere.

Really cool vibes. I happened to be there when they were showing an art film with a live score by a fella named Alejandro. Great experience and staff was friendly. My drinks were excellent. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in town.

Great new space. Love the decor and environment. Great low key vibe. Appreciated their complimentary starter drink — it was delicious. Their nuts and olives appetizer were amazing and the seasoning was delicious and different.

Really knowledgeable staff and the idea of not having a menu but talking about what you like was so different and fun. I enjoyed the surprise drinks I got.

This bar is incredible. The lighting and atmosphere make you feel like you're in an old fashioned speak but with way more class. My server, Alejandro, was an uber mensch and recommended a mezcal that had a brilliant flavor of both strawberries and cream. What a treat! 10/10

I like that the entrance is not obvious. Unfortunately having the landlord come in and interrupted when the hostess is speaking to you and then the landlord's food pager goes off for the food they ordered down the street while the hostess is explaining the concept is super disruptive to the ambience that's trying to be created. The landlord only came to see what the place looked like so they had no real business being there. That really messed up the vibe right at the start of getting there. Super unprofessional and disrespectful of the landlord. Love the bathrooms as they are decorated very nicely and they had two gender-neutral bathrooms. The paper towel choice was good as they are sorbent, but it was difficult to grab without getting all the other paper towels wet and then having a candle so close to the paper towels would make me uncomfortable, but that's just me. They also had tampons available for an emergency.
The cleansing palette drink that was provided was a coffee wash whiskey infused with Sherry and herb. It was very strong and not my preference.
Music choice is on point!
A curtain at the entrance, after the hostess stand, might be good since sounds seemed to travel easily through the place (see videos for examples).
When ordering you need to have an idea of what kind of drinks you prefer, and what kind of hard alcohol you prefer in order to give them enough information to create a specific drink to your taste. So be prepared when you go in to have to describe what you like in order to get a drink as they do not have a drink menu.
The old fashioned type drink that was ordered was a bit watered down. It was ordered with smoked flavored wood with maple and the smoke flavor was delicious. The two vodka drinks I had were good. They only serve a variety of nuts, but no other food.

I was there on a super busy night between Christmas and New Year's - like, WILD busy, and the staff were magic. Even though I know my way around a spirits list, I needed a little help with their more obscure stuff, and my server Alejandro took the time to find me fernets and amari which were new to me and set my palate and soul free. I hope he's there when I go back because I asked him to take me through some cool tequilas next. Bless!
