Terrible scheduling I was told twice already that I had an 8 o’clock appointment I get here each and everytime at 7:50 so I’m never late. These people don’t open their doors till 8:15 I almost got 2 probation violations because they keep telling my probation officer that I’m late when it’s them sitting on there asses not opening the doors on time, I walked up to the reception rite now asking what time I would be seen and she told me 12:30 terrible scheduling and I been here since 7:50 I don’t recommend this program to anyone your better off going to Fresno First or anywhere else but here

After waiting 2.5 hours for an 8:00am intake appointment, I was told I would not be seen and would be rescheduled. I took the morning off work to be at this appointment and took 4 buses to get here from Clovis. Ridiculous. Now I’m taking 3 buses to get to work LATE.

WestCare is a government funded public program offering professional and supportive services to those suffering from severe substance abuse and seeking immediate in-patient treatment. This is the address to their main office; the entrance to which is located within a fenced-in area at the back of the building. Follow the signs and ring the buzzer on the correct door. PRIOR TO INTAKE you MUST set up an appointment via phone call and you MUST show up at this location on the appointed date/time for pre-screening! Bring all necessary luggage needed during in-treatment with you to your appointment; once all interviews have concluded the WestCare staff will begin transporting patients to their program/living locations!

Well I start on Wednesday so I'll update you on what I think about this place. I know Mark is a good guy.
The counselors here have their heart in their job 110%, my life is changed for the better five years later still. If you’re serious about getting better I highly recommend this place

I’ve been staying at the westcare in Richmond for 60 days now and the main thing is some of their staff is super rude and disrespectful. The woman who answers the phone and has been working there for awhile is super crazy. She’s yelled and been super rude the whole time I’ve been here shutting the door in my face multiple times refusing to give me my meds. Her name is Donjanea, she is the reason I’m leaving and I’m leaving super unhappy, they have talked to her multiple times but it keeps happening and happening
