Absolutely the worst customer service provided by Debbie. My husband and I came a couple times to this specific location attempting to see new movie releases. Unfortunately the other times we came to this location the staff stated they were closed before the actual posted closing time. This evening we stopped by before getting out of the vehicle with my daughter. My husband went to verify the location was opened before going into the movie theater. He confirmed it was opened with a staff member and purchased tickets. We proceeded to park and come inside the theater then Debbie made an inappropriate comment regarding having a child when we entered the theater. Every single person in the room turned toward us and began to stare. I'm not sure why we upset her so much to the point where she requested our tickets back to issue a refund. I'm baffled by the level of insolance from Debbie. I never felt such impudence by an employee at this establishment. She stated the company has a policy stating no children under the age of 6 years old is permitted in there movie theaters. The worst part of this situation it was our anniversary today all he wanted was an evening to relax and watch a movie he has been wanting to see. I cannot believe this company allows people such as Debbie to be apart of there team. There is no words to express how upset and embarrassed I am over this situation never in my life have we been turned away to see any movie or any location due to having a child. I would not recommend this location to anyone who is is family oriented. I'd definitely find an alternate location to enjoy a movie. It would be a shame for someone else to encounter the same situation. Please be wise when choosing to come here.

The pros: it's clean and well maintained, their popcorn is good, and it's never crowded in the mornings and early evenings (when we go). The staff seems friendly. They have a reasonable amount of drink choices and snacks.

The cons: they don't have wide or reclining seats, the prices of beverages are on the higher end (12 for a single beer), they dont offer food other than the snack/finger food.

I'd say it's a pretty average spot. Nothing too bad or good about it. We go.

Loved the movie theater very comfortable seats awesome customer service! Me and my roommate and I saw Deadpool vs. Wolverine yesterday. The new horror movie Cuckoo. Then today ended up going back today and watched Borderlands featuring Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis, and some other names. Let me know what you guy's think.
