This is our go to theatre! The seats are incredible! Everything is cheaper than the big guys. The staff is friendly and nice.

The vibe is just so intimate. Everything is more personal feeling, even ordering your snacks. I have a family of 5 and we love this place! We've seen Wicked and Mufasa recently there. We saw Sonic 3 at a Cineplex and the seats were so uncomfortable. Regretted not waiting to watch it here.

And it's CANADIAN OWNED!! We won't go anywhere else anymore!

This theater is a hidden gem! The recliner seats are super comfortable, giving plenty of legroom and allowing you to lean back and relax fully. The intimate size makes it feel cozy and personal, a refreshing change from larger cinemas. Ticket prices are reasonable, especially compared to bigger chains, and the overall ambiance is perfect for an enjoyable movie night. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed, affordable theater experience!

Imagine cinemas is 100 times better than any other big theatre chain you’d go to. Prices are very reasonable and affordable, best popcorn and the luxury seats 🤌🏼

We went to a Cineplex recently due to being out of area and after being disappointed with comfort, cleanliness and prices, decided that we will only stick to Imagine cinemas from now on.

Theatres are clean and the staff are kind and helpful!

Small theater with reclining seats! We love this theater, especially the $1 refills on drinks and popcorn (each)! Refuel before we head home! Great for school snacks!

Our group of five (my family along with my sister and brother-in-law) from Toronto and Aurora were visiting my parents, who recently moved to Keswick. We decided to look for a local cinema to spend Christmas night watching Sonic 3 (9:30 pm on Wednesday nigh, Dec 25th) with our 6-year-old. Imagine Cinema Keswick turned out to be a fantastic choice!

The experience started with easy online ticket ordering. However, my dad decided not to join us at the last minute. When we mentioned this to the lady at the counter, she immediately offered a refund—something we neither expected nor asked for. Her kindness and attentiveness truly set the tone for the evening.

We then ordered some popcorn and a kid’s combo. She was incredibly helpful, explaining the options when we asked for substitutions and quickly accommodating our request. Her cheerful demeanor and excellent service made us feel so welcome.

Once inside the theater, we decided to see if we could change rows. My sister approached the same young lady at the front desk, and without hesitation, she told us to pick the row we preferred. She even reassured us that she would ensure tickets for that row wouldn’t be sold to others. Her willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable.

The cinema itself was cozy, with comfortable seats and a wonderful vibe. It felt like a hidden gem, offering a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere compared to larger theaters. To top it off, their prices are significantly lower than what we’re used to in the city.

The highlight of the entire experience, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the young lady at the front desk. She made us feel valued and cared for at every step of our visit. Imagine Cinema Keswick has won us over, and we’ve decided that this will be our go-to spot for watching movies in the future.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great movie experience with incredible customer service!

Amazing theater! We booked the whole theater for my daughter's birthday. It was priced well, Hilary was amazing to deal with, very organized and helped everything run smooth! Highly recommend 🙂
