This place is great! The staff were really fun to talk to and creative. Only complaints are how you have to sign a contract in order to make an appointment, they don't do any fake or acrylic nails and that it's a little spendy, but I guess that you're paying for the ambience. Overall it was a great experience!

TERRIBLE! My mom and I went with a bridal party to get our nails done for the wedding and we did the classic polish. Our nails NEVER dried, they smudged before even getting home that night, and then that night we were both up at 3:30 AM with our nail polish sticking to our pillows. You can see the smudged polish and the fuzz sticking to them in the pictures. We called to see how well they "back up their service" and they did nothing to try and fix the problem, AND told us "class nail polish takes about 12-24 hours to dry". ARE YOU SERIOUS? Terrible. Do NOT recommend.

Be aware technicians vary widely in skill. Until a few weeks ago I even brought friends and family to the salon. The french nails without the dog were done 11 days ago. Yes, my nails broke, but look at the lines of white. I was expecting my nails to look like the pic from September which include my dog that lasted over 3 weeks!

Yes, this is the name I booked under.

UPDATE: over a week later I have not been contacted by Perfect 10.

My nail appointment took over and hour and a half i had to walk out and skip my pedi appointment. Frustrating.

Booked pedicures over the phone for 3 people well over a month in advance since that was their availability. Called today prior to appointment to confirm and apparently was only booked for 1 person and no availability for 3 pedicures as previously scheduled. What a waste of time.

Very disappointed! My daughter and I both got manicures for an upcoming wedding. Our nails never dried after two hours in the shop. They needed to be fixed before we left. They gave us a little fan to blow on our nails and they still never dried. After several hours, the nails still smudged and looked awful. I ended up having to redo them. For the cost, I expected better!!! I would suggest going somewhere else!

This is my favorite nail place! The staff are always courteous and welcoming. It is always clean. They do a fantastic job with pedicures and have a great selection of polish. I always leave feeling like I had a relaxing time. Reasonably priced as well.
