I love the Springfield oregon store. Although I am very picky on who I deal with there and they are ok with that. Been with Aaron's for about 4 years now and I love them. I have paid off everything but 1 or 2 things. But they are amazing and they work well with me.

The customer service here is beyond compare! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like a valued customer! I could not afford to pay full price up front for a new bed, so I went in and took a look around. They had a huge amount of stock and there were at least 8 beds to choose from. I found the one I wanted and less than 10 minutes later I was all set and delivery was scheduled. They made the entire process so easy. The manager was delightful and made sure everything went seamless. This is a great store and I will be back to get some living room furniture next!

I bought a 7 piece sectional for $134 a month. When they delivered it there were several rips and tears all over the leather. There was also a huge 6 inch rip in one couch cushion. They delivered it and then started calling me the very next day for payment. They called me 9 times in 4 hours trying to get their $150! $15 more than what my contract stated. When I tried to fix this they told me that must have been a mistake from the delivery guy. They are a terrible company to work with that what nothing but to rip you off. I sincerely wish that I would never have gone there. Here I am three weeks later with the same rip in my couch having the hardest time getting them to send someone out here who actually knows how to sew it up. They had its own once and it came apart within hours. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and the rudeness that they display when you call the store. I do not do Google reviews ever but I could not let this one go. Save your money and go purchase your items do not use this rent to own company they are horrible. Worst customer service of the century I have never felt more unappreciated in my life. They will no longer get my business or anyone that I know.

I can say that honestly, I was treated like I was the only priority when I decided to go with Aaron's when our smart tv gave out suddenly, the accounts manager (Yvette Saunders) is amazing!!! I didn't know what to expect, but she asked what we were looking for, and she advised us on a few choices, but she listened to our needs and set us up without a barbeque the perfect smart tv that is beautiful and high quality. The whole process from beginning to when it was delivered, was pretty amazing. Not to mention on how affordable the payments are, and easy to get auto payment set up, so thank you Aaron's!!! And a special thank you to yvette!! You made a hassle a great experience...

I have never had a problem with Aarons they have allways been very nice and knowledgeable about there products .we have been renting from them for a few years and payed off a refrigerator last year it is a super nice one that had everything we wanted and they even hooked up the water for the ice maker. In my opinion they do a wonderful job from the store to my home. Next week getting a new washer and dryer! Thanks for everything! See you soon!

We've been going to Aaron's for years. They say "Preferred customer". Unfortunately qe have an issue with the fridge we picked up from them. Had issues prior to it being paid off and nothing has been done..They did state they would replace it. Unfortunately everytime we have called, we get the run around with NO callback. Even the district manager talked to us saying they would replace our fridge and he doesn't pick up or return our calls. Extremely disappointed with the service from Aaron's. We are going to keep calling and won't just Go Away. To much money spent in that place to just call it a wash. Management needs to uphold their end if the deal and the extended warranty I purchased.
