The items themselves are really good. However, the customer service and clerks are terrible at providing any type of service. They are not friendly they are not concerned or kind. They make every single person feel like they are stealing from them and continue to stare at them the entire time they are in the store because they think they’re going to steal and they make it abundantly clear by the things they say, and what they do they make the shopping experience very uncomfortable

I know the store closes at 11, but even though I came into the store an hour before closing, the front desk guy just gave me a glancing look and said the booths are closed. False advertising. They need to change the hours for this store. At least for the new management. After today. I consider this place to be dead. And they should sell this place. Snobby people, and disrespectful.
