I love the experience every time that I go to the Alamo. The seats are comfy, and they have delicious vegan options (the cauliflower basket), and screens are clear.

What I have not like recently and what makes it so I may not visit again, is for the second time I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower Basket spelled it out and everything, mentioned sauce for fries and for a second time they brought me the side and I asked for a correction, the first visit it was fixed and the second time they did not, even when asked, they did not acknowledge the mistake just stated, oh we can't change it, their mistake. But fine, whatever 🙄! What makes me annoyed is I got my bill, and later in the day, I received an additional unauthorized charge on my credit card. Mind you, I was already charged 7 bucks service charge for incorrect/incomplete order, so I did not include an additional tip. I'm feeling cheated already but not wanting to make a big deal. So once the bill settled on my credit card, I checked again, to make sure it was not an error and compared it to my receipt, and I was indeed charged an additional $7.50 or so. I am so disappointed. That is theft, I would have given an additional tip if my meal was correct or if they tried to fix my order, but none of that happened. So realistically, knowing someone took the time to fraudulently overcharge my credit card, I won't visit again or at least not order food.

We visited while we were in town visiting family. This was our first time going, and it was such a fun experience! The food was wonderful, we loved that we could order at our seat, and the woman taking our order was so SO nice. We'll definitely come back when we're in town next. We came with kids, but this would be wonderful for a date night.

Cool theater experience. The food was okay, but I wasn't expecting different at a movie theater.

It's located at the foundry so there is a parking garage which is nice.

There is service at your seats, but mostly you just order before hand and there is a call button if you need something during the show.

Very struck on the no phone and no talking policy (not complaining, but providing for informational purposes)

The bathroom is kinda weird since it's gender neutral, not in a bad way, but I just wasn't expecting it.

Overall, I had a good time and would come back.

I totally recommend you visit Alamo drafthouse cinema , as they have high quality top customer services. The best part is you don’t have to get out your seat to grab food /snacks or refreshments during your movie!!! Unlike other movie theaters. You wont even miss your favorite part of the movie:) They also have a bar and a couple tables upfront so that if you don’t want to catch a movie , you can just enjoy a nice hangout with your friends or family & order food. Cool right!? Now that’s a good combo!!!

This is our preferred theater. I love the convenience of close parking and the overall experience of the place. The seats are nice, the food is decent, and they offer a reasonable selection of adult drinks. The service is okay, but I do find it a bit overpriced, which is to be expected. They always start strong, but as the movie progresses, they tend to forget about additional requests for drinks or snacks. I understand they're busy, which is why I've rated it four stars instead of five. Overall, it’s still a nice place.

We rented out an entire theater here for a March Madness viewing party. We were able to bring our own Roku and stream the games from our device. 100000/10 recommend. Jen, Mark and Caleb were amazing to work with and incredibly accommodating. The theater itself is amazing. We had people taking naps because the reclining chairs are so comfortable. Food and drinks were great! Renting the theater was definitely reasonably priced for the 5 hours we were there. Overall, such an awesome experience and currently trying to find an excuse to do it again.

The seats and movie selection are okay. The tickets and food are overpriced. I understand the automatic gratuity, but wish the service didn't suffer as a result. The service is always inconsistent but most often on the poor side. The theater only had 12 guests on my recent visit, and they still took a while to bring out food and even just drinks. They also brought popcorn refills out for folks well before ours that asked well after us. I get that some food might take longer than others to prepare, but there's no reason not to bring out popcorn in the order it was placed.... or at least the same time.

The first thing that surprised us was that we didn't see a ticketing booth. We just found our theater and walked in and found our reserved seats. The food and the service were both pretty good or at least better than I expected. Although it was pricey. I still don't understand the additional 18% that was tacked on, but it wasn't related to the tip. Since we were coming for the experience, the cost was easier to swallow, but the higher cost will likely keep searching for cheaper alternatives. As for the movie experience, the sound system was very good. The free parking underneath the theater was also nice, but it was challenging to find a spot.
