I paid $65 for the TAP class. I took the assessment test I failed. According to their website, I have the right to retake the assessment. I sent many emails asking if they can please send the retake to my account, I've also called them many times, but no response. If they want me to purchase another class, then this a total Scam.

Now that they offer the online web inarticulate as well it is so much more convenient. The only thing I would like to change is the cost the state wants their people to work but when your new to the job field and part of a lower class family 65 dollars is a lot of money that is almost three.meals I am taking out of my family's mouth kist so I can work a job

Everyone at Charr that i had to talk to was great, from the instructor to the ladies at the front desk they all were so friendly and helpful while i was in the process of getting my taps card, if you need a taps card this is the place to go.

Today was the day that I had to go to take the ServSafe class and exam. It is Thursday and on Monday I was told that I needed to take this course after an audit by the State of Alaska.

I already passed the HACCP Exam back in November of 2021 so I think that made things a bit easier but I am not sure because there was quite a few questions that I did not know but common sense, along with he Great Ed Canfield and his excellent personality and training in the class, everything went good.

Got a 90 on my 1st try. Don't get cocky though. There is alot of info in there to get correct.

I do have to say that I must return or send a message to the instructor to find out the answer to one of the questions about moldy cheese. Not sure if I got it right and I am dying g to know for sure what the right answer was.

I have included some photos and videos for your convenience. They just renovated and the room is incredibly welcoming and sufficient for your training needs.

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating for the fact that I had to bring my son when I took my renewal test. She gave him crayons and sheets of paper to draw on, and let him sit with me while I filled out my answers. Also graded my test as soon as I was done, overall it was a quick and pleasant experience

It's my third time getting my taps card. The instructors are always good at explaining everything and encourage questions if you need to. It was a good class.

Maps did not take me to CHARR. Took me to the Legislative office in Anchorage. If you turn right on Benson like it told me, you have to go all the way around the block to get to CHARR.
