Went to see a movie Saturday, which we enjoyed. However, theater itself, lobby and restrooms, were a disgusting mess! Located in Streets of Brentwood, which is a really nice shopping area & attracts a trendy clientele, the theater was not a good representation of the center. Every garage can was overflowing, both inside & outside of the bathrooms. There was no place to throw away your trash. The floors were littered with trash & popcorn throughout the theater. There were no staff members on the floor attempting to empty trash, clean the floors, or even make the theater faintly presentable. Luckily we didn't have to deal with this mess while we were in the movie. But once in the lobby, our perspective quickly changed. I assume their was a supervisor present. If they were ok with this, then perhaps they shouldn't be in that position. We'll need to think again about coming to this theater.

I went in there tonight with my two girls and two nieces. We went in to watch Smile 2. While watching the movie we heard a bunch of little girls talking in the front of the theater. We minded our business and stayed quiet and respectful towards everyone in the theater. After a while the manager named Daniel comes in and asks us to leave. I ask him for the reason he says that we are talking and that our flash lights were on. We were not talking and our phones weren’t even out. Daniel the manager asked us to leave and we said we will not leave because we didn’t do anything wrong. He went to call the cops and when the cops arrived they asked us to leave and I told her that we didn’t talk and at that point everyone at the movie theater stood up for us and said these ladies haven’t said a word and that it was the kids in the front. Everyone there got upset with the cop and the manager saying don’t kick them out they have been respectful and quiet. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to leave and we didn’t get our money refunded to us. I am going to contact AMC corporate and get this issue resolved. I believe this is a hate crime. We were definitely targeted for our looks. I’m sure there are cameras inside the movie theater that will prove our innocence and prove this was a hate crime. We will be looking into taking legal action towards AMC and the manager!

It was early in the day. Hardly anyone at the movies, just how i like it. Theater was clean and was just us and 2 other couples. Decent movie for the season. Recommended!

Needs a major overhaul to get crowd in. Consistently has audio issues, once we had a homeless guy stroll in with drinks and sleep in the theater, when I told the security on duty they just said I’ll take a look and went back to their own business. Lights are left on in some screens even after show starts which is frustrating. I hope they upgrade this to IMAX laser and fix the audio issues, until then I’ll continue to travel farther for a better movie experience

This theatre is everything you'd hope a national chain would be. It's got amazing theatres and comfortable seats with a huge variety of options to choose from for screens and sound. The staff is always friendly, fast, and helpful. It's clean and a delight to visit. We will continue coming here as frequently as possible!
